Easily one of the best McDonalds locations that I know of. It's actually quite rare to be given the wrong order here. The dining room and bathrooms are rather clean, and there is even a light up table and screens with video games for the kids. The staff sometimes surprises me by going above and beyond, doing things like holding onto my wallet that I dropped inside and handing it back on my next visit when they recognized me, and bringing a hot order of fries to my table because they thought the ones they gave me were old. i would like to remain anonymous, but I work at this location and completely agree with all of you. It is very unsanitary and not only that the management is horrible. I constantly blame the crew members for stupid mistake mistakes they make this isn't every manager. There is a selected amount that do an amazing job and will go far. there's no soap by the sink there's no hand sanitizer. By the drive-through multiple mornings where there's been managers in the store, but yet, I've been the one running the entire front. As all the other reviewers have said this has to be the wort McDonalds. The service is a joke. Went through the drive through for fries and a coke. Took almost 20 minutes. There were 5 cars ahead of me all waiting at the window to get there orders and not one was asked to pull ahead to let others get their orders. However when I got to the window I was told that I was to pull ahead as it was going to be a minute on the fries. I told the window person that I wasn't going to as they hadn't parked anyone else. He got the manager and she told me I needed to pull ahead. I told her that they didn't park anyone else. To which she said that the others weren't waiting on fries. My wife told me to just pull ahead so I did. When our fries did arrive they were thrown in the bag on there side and half of them were cold. Very bad service and not the way to treat customers read more

Last time here. I was castigated by a manage team member for not making him aware of an order I made yesterday, which was very poorly prepared. In addition, a staff member wandered around the restaurant with my order, and the same management member told me that it wasn't my order, when in fact it was. I've had enough with this location!!! Followup: I complained to the owner, and got a less than satisfactory (and six month delayed) reply. I avoided this location due to the previous terrible situation. I went there today, and it was good to hear the manager in question (from the previous situation) apologizing to customers. They never fail to find a new way to screw up an order this morning the kids seriously dumped my breakfast in the paper bag because he didn't realize the breakfast container had a tab on both ends to close it and has no idea what condiments and stuff go with the big breakfast. Also when ordering, I asked for a "sausage biscuit with egg" and when I got to the counter to pay, the woman said my order with cheese, yet they do not even offer a product that has a biscuit with sausage. 3 times in last month very poor service, One time we were in drive thru for 45 min, when we get to window to retrieve food , employee basically almost threw it at us , no hi, thank, you, no words at all. This is one of the worst McDonald's I have stepped foot in. We came in, and one of the employees was yelling at (what i only presume) was her kids. We were then served by a rude employee, who made our simple process of trying to order very confusing. We sat down and were served most of our food, but one Fish Filet took near 7 minutes to arrive. This location is disappointing,disgusting, dicomforting. We were treated poorly and when our food was brought to our table the waitor tossed down the tray and our fries went everywhere and he said oops chuckled and walked away there was a dirty tray so we set it at the end of the table with some other trash and he didnt even take it or ask if we needed anything else. The drink dispenser were wet and stickey and 50% of the drinks were out of order and the ones that werent were more chlorine than soda. The floor was wet and full of fries and ants. GROSS. CHEWED GUM IN OUR FOOD!!! My family and I went through the drive thru and found chewed gum stuck to one of the french fries. I called the store and asked to talk to a manager. The woman who answered said "I am the manager of the french fries and I don't even chew gum so you must be lying". It is almost more insulting to be accused of lying, than it is to be served somebody else's chewed gum. We will never go back. read more

Twice now I have gone to mc donalds for my nightly mc flurry to savor my ice cream cravings. The ice cream is amazing btw. However, I have pulled up to the speaker and no one answers for me to place my order. I pull up to the 2nd window and there are a few young kids working the night shift and they took 2 minutes or more to notice me at the window. I young girl comes to the windo, slams it open and stared at me. I told her no one answered and that I noticed another patron pull away and go to Wendy's. She sighed and rolled her eyes. I waited a few awkward seconds and placed my order. She punched the order in, took my money, made my mc flurry and handed it to me with ice cream on the side of it dripping onto my lap. I went to look up and ask for a napkin and the window slammed in my face. As I drove away, I looked back and was given the middle finger that I don't think she intended me to see. It was the worst service I've ever had. I felt like I did something wrong to deserve such crude, immature gestures.
