I usually go for a veggie sandwich but today I opted for a Reuben and side of onion rings! Never disappointed leaving big top deli! Options for everyone and always busy.

I have been going here for many years and I can confirm that this place consistently serves the best deli sandwiches in town. I am a big fan of the Reuben while my wife and daughters love the Goose. My son in law is obsessed with the chicken parm. Every single time he visits it is a priority to make a trip to Big Top. The staff is friendly and the whole place has a great neighborhood vibe.

Hubby and I were looking for a place to stop in for a quick breakfast/brunch before some exploring. We drove into Brunswick and found Big Top Deli. I was happy to see they served breakfast all day. It was late morning but we both wanted breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a corned beef, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Hubby ordered the Rockies breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwiches were made to order, served hot and wrapped in foil. Both breakfast sandwiches were really good. Not huge but very filling. I liked my corned beef, egg and cheese a lot. The corned beef was house-made. It was my first time trying a bulkie roll, it held up well and tasted very fresh. The egg was perfectly cooked, medium yolk. Hubby liked his Rockies breakfast sandwich, too. The green peppers, onions and ham were delicious with the scrambled eggs on the fresh bulkie roll. Big Top Deli is a good spot for a quick bite.

Great stop along the drive from Bar Harbor. We lucked into pulling in front of this deli. The veggie melt was delicious and came with a pickle and chips. The avocado sandwich was good but our winner was the veggie melt.

Cashier was friendly, trying her best! Steak sub was awful. Picture shows it was more pepper and onion. 2 subs $4 tip $38 total! Not impressed at all..

If you are in Brunswick, Big Top Deli has to be a stop. Sandwiches are all made with freshly sliced meats, to order. Any imaginable sandwich breakfast or lunch, they have it. Staff know regulars by name and everyone is so polite. Now to the Rueben, freshly sliced Rye, sliced carded beef, sauerkraut. 1000 island and Swiss. My personal favorite!! Come on down and your tastebuds will not be disappointed.

One of the best Deli's I've ever been to. I adore the circus theme and they have just about every sandwhich you can think of and more. All sandwhiches are made using boarhead meat but crafted in a special way. The owner/ manager Tony is wonderful. He guided us through the menu and suggested the bread type. I went for The Goose: Smoked turkey, smoked gouda, avocado, cucumber and honey mustard. It was so delicious and I loved the chips that came with it. My family got the GOBBLER: Turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Basically Thanksgiving in a sandwich. My boyfriend is gluten free and dairy free and he got a burger on. Gluten free bun which was delicious according to him. The prices are fair $8-10 for a sandwhich and chips. Next time I go to Maine I would love to try another sandwhich as their menu had a lot of delicious, unique selections.

What a great refuge spot for a hot sandwich on a bitterly cold and windy day in Dec. We were on our "Sunday Drive" on a Tuesday and found ourselves in Brunswick and hungry. The Big Top was perfect. We parked in front where we could read the window front menu from the warmth of our car. We decided to split a cheese steak sandwich and some fries. Sadly they were out of fries but happy to say the free onion rings to compensate were a great substitute. The sandwich: well, when it arrived I thought it looked like there was only a small amount of meat and cheese. I was surprisingly wrong. The meat, cheese, pepper and roll combo was just perfect. I brought half of "my" half home for lunch the next day.

I walked in thinking I'd order something simple, but Jocelyn somehow anticipated exactly what I wanted before I even said it -- an oatmeal latte with honey infused right into the espresso. It was warm, silky, lightly sweet, and honestly one of the most thoughtful, dialed‑in drinks I've had anywhere. You can tell when someone really knows their craft, and she absolutely does. We also grabbed the curried chicken sandwich, which was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of creamy and bright. It's the kind of sandwich that makes you pause mid‑bite and go, "Wait... this is really good." The whole place has that cozy‑local‑favorite energy -- friendly staff, great food, and the kind of coffee that makes you want to reroute your trip just to come back again. If you're driving through Freeport, Camden, or anywhere along the coast, Wild Oats is 100% worth the detour.

And though we've enjoyed many of their outstanding meat cuts, a variety of local items they carry and their full liquor selections, I've come to Yelp today to sing the praises of their store made smoked salmon salad with salmon supplied from Maine's Duck Trap fisheries. This salad is first of all salmony, appropriately salty, chunky, and filled with tiny bits of red onion and celery and just enough mayo to hold it together. What a great find at this fun to shop at market. I eat it on Triscuits, corn chips, baby carrots, or to be embarrassingly honest...from my finger. I love it when I discover something previously unknown to me. And though I have been eating smoked salmon, lox/Nova since early childhood, I am so happy to have recently found this. Great job Bow Street Market! It's sold in various sized small tubs at $10.99/lb. and well worth this price.

The wait wasn't long and the staff was already cracking jokes and very pleasant. If it's any indication of how much the customers love this place, in line I listened as a regular was offering to bring by his own soil tiller for a barista. Got a Reuben at 7:00 in the morning and it was delightful. Very specifically, the bread was buttered and toasted perfectly and it was a great portion! The chai was also nice, very well balanced. We ordered two turkey sandwiches and a tuna salad on a bagel, so nothing cooked, besides the toasted bread. While waiting about 25-30mins for our food, it got really hot inside. I looked up at the built in fans/vents in the ceiling and noticed they were filthy. I was afraid if I had asked for air to be turned on, that dust would have shot onto people's food! There was also a situation where the man behind the register needed a choice made by an elderly customer that had already taken a seat. She shouted out the answer to his question and he responded rather loud and rudely for her to "Next time come to the counter! I don't like yelling across the room!" (Or something to that extent) Whatever it was, it seemed really aggressive and unprofessional, not to mention disrespectful. The sandwiches were good, had fresh ingredients, but I'm not sure this place was throwing the right vibes for me to revisit.
