MCD near the airport on the south side off Valencia. Good place to hit if in a hurry. Lunch times can be crowded and there is only a single drive through which ends overflows with a few cars and blocks the parking sometimes. If it starts to back up, try running inside because it might be faster. Like other MCD the cleanliness tends to get worse depending on the manager or if it is right after lunch. They do have a television and usually the bathrooms are clean. Is remodeled so not the 'worst' like some of the older MCDs. Again the status of fast food places like MCD can change quickly even by the shift. NO major issues yet. read more

Boy oh boy. McDonald's location 3105 E Valencia, Tucson, AZ 85706 Is definitely a different breed. Those employees do not care about you in any way shape or form. I'll put in a mobile order, mobiles can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to process into the locations computer, at least that's what happens at Jack-in-the-Box. So I took that and I applied it to every mobile order I placed; so I usually give it some time before I actually go to the restaurant. I get there and my order isn't ready, OK fine no big deal. I'm asked to pull forward. There i wait a few more minutes. I'm waiting for someone to walk out of the door, out of my peripheral vision I see a bag waving the woman is behind me reaching over the rail to give me the food. Fine! Reaching over the rail is easier then walking around coming through the front entrance and walking down to the car, so cool. I get home, set up a program on the TV, and discover my order is wrong. I go back to the restaurant let them know what happened. I will say the manager took good care of me, he was a really nice guy, the only nice person in the restaurant. Everyone else ignored my presents. IF YOU DONT LIKE CUSTOMERS, DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really don't see why they're such a hard concept to grasp. read more

My order was missing a hash brown. I ordered the Bacon Egg & Cheese McGriddle Value Meal and Large Carmel Macchiato. However, my meal was missing the hash brown. I worked for McDonald's in the past & if this happens & the customer notifies the manager, they usually receive a free meal not just another hash brown. I was offered a hash brown as long as I can return before 10:30am, but I'm in school today at 07:00am. I won't be able to return until tomorrow & why would I just want another hash brown tomorrow? I wouldn't. Anyways, I'm just trying to help get the point across that other McDonald's restaurants customer service skills are better. If I mess up an order, I go above & beyond to fix the order and make the customer happy again. In doing so, I keep a customer for life & in return, that one customer will probably tell 5-10 of their friends how great my restaurant was at making me happy, not just offering a replacement the next day before 10:30am. That's only half the solution. Always, Always, Always make the customer happy & smiling. If you lose a lifelong customer over a $9.44 meal, you're not going to be in business very long. Definitely expected more from my favorite breakfast restaurant... thanks for trying though. You get a A for effort but you get an F in customer service skills. read more

This is the closest location to where I was at currently in space and time so I figured a quick drive up run would be simple right oh I was so wrong? The location closes at midnight and I could see that there were employee cars in the parking lot and somebody was at the drive up window however as I approached and then sat for at least 5 minutes at the drive up ordering kiosk if that's what you call that thing no one responded to me no one responded to the car and the other drive-up next to me. After wasting a good 5 minutes of my life that I will never get back I chose to leave as I drove off I noticed that I could see no one inside the restaurant no one was to be seen anywhere I can only assume they are in the bathroom jerking each other off. This place SUCKS!!! I have been there a couple of times since unfortunately, it is the only McDonalds near my job, and almost every time they get my order incorrect. I went this morning and ordered a large coffee with three creams and one splenda since I am on a special diet that requires me to not have sugar. When I tasted my coffee it was extremily sweet, when I looked at the sticker on the cup, I saw it was made with 12 creams and 12 sugars!!!!!!!!! I mean, imagine I was diabetic! when I went back to the store and requested to speak to the manager, all he did was laugh and make another one. I'll admit it... I am a bit addicted to McDonald's french fries... Ok, more than a little addicted. This location is very effectively helping me kick the habit. Every single time I visit this location my potato item is cold and stale. If I go for breakfast, my hash brown is cold and clammy. If I go for lunch or dinner, cold, stiff, nasty french fries is what I get. The sandwiches always seem to be fresh and the drinks are always as I order them, it's just the potatoes they can't seem to get right... and I'm a potato kind of girl, so that's a problem. The service is always acceptable from what I can tell, but I have only gone through the drive-thru. There are only 4 or 5 parking spots at this location, so that makes it kinda difficult unless you feel like trekking from the parking lot way behind the building. Uhh... no thanks for me. read more

Literally the worst service I think I have ever had. The order through the drive through was wrong. The kid at the window didn't know how to correct it so he called the manager over, as he should. Once she came over, she was impatient and rude. She "Helped us" correct our order, but it became more expensive and included a 20 piece McNugget we did not want. Once we said this was incorrect again, she became even more rude. We mentioned that this service is why this location only had a one star review, and she threw her hands in the air and said "OH WELL" in a sarcastic and demeaning manner. We were taken aback, asked her name (it's either Alyssa or Melissa, she said both). We finally accepted that we weren't going to get what we wanted, regardless, and just moved on. This is the worst McDonald's in town. I ordered two hamburgers and was served two sausage patties on buns. I don't particularly like the taste of pork and recognized the taste immediately. I presented it to one of the employees and was told it was beef. The manager said it was beef and then that was parroted by one of the employees. All I wanted was what I had ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered on the drive thru. The pick up window was closed and you had to drive around to the side of the store and wait for them to bring out your order. After waiting for what seemed like an extremely long time the employee brought our food out, if this had been the end i could have dealt with it and went on our way however after handing us our food I informed him he forgot our drinks and he said he would bring them right out. After 7 minutes which seemed allot longer and cars behind us started getting there food I got out and went inside. No one was getting our drinks so I asked the gentleman at the counter where the kid that brought our food was and why haven't we received our drinks. I was told he was to busy. Yes to busy! All this in war shot of the manager who simply told him to hurry up and never addressed me. I will be calling their corporate office. Avoid this place if you want any kind of service. After watching a documentary about Mc Donald's Corporation (not supersize me) This Mc Donald's has the worse service I've ever experienced. The word fast does not go along with the food. In the morning before 6am on a Wednesday only 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru and my wait was 15 minutes. They are either very under staffed or can not multi-task . I went to this location on my graduation night, my mother wanting to grab a quick bite on the way home since the ceremony took hours to finish. We prefer going into the lobby since the drive thru at McDonald's is usually hectic. To my surprise, the door was locked. It was 9 pm. I knocked on the door and the staff just looked at me, side note the customers inside also didn't do anything even though they saw me knocking. They also didn't have their hours on the door or anywhere for me to see. A quick Google search let me know that this location closes at 11 pm on Wednesdays. I usually wouldn't care but this was really disappointing. I understand the frustration of wanting to close on time and get everything done so that everyone can go home (I happen to work at a fast food place, usually working the night shift) but this would've been a quick walk in, walk right about a few minutes later situation. We weren't planning on eating inside. I am upset at the fact that the staff didn't even give us the benefit of the doubt, especially because some of them already know me as I happen to be somewhat of a regular. THIS McDonald's is wack! I ordered 3 things through the drive through at 6am 11-15-2016. But for some reason it was as if I knew the menu better than the guy taking my order because he couldn't get it right, not only that I had to repeat myself 6 times because either their speakers suck balls and he was just plain retarded. But when I get up to the window the princess working the drive through was nothing short of being rude, like she hated he life and job, ( don't blame her). She opens the window doesn't say anything, grabs the card out of my hand, hands me the food and shuts the window. So I sit there till she finally realized I was still sitting there, I told her they forgot my drink. She looked around and handed me something in a hot coffe cup, and when I told her that's not what I ordered, that I had ordered the cold or iced version of that drink she told me "No that's what you ordered". Ok, it might have Ben a mix up since the guy at the drive through couldn't hear me, and asked if they could switch it out. In a blatant and rude response she stated "no, this is what you order". Getting mad I explained that might be what you guys had gotten down but that's not what I ordered, because I had to repeat it 5 times at the drive through. And all she said was "sorry, you want it or not?!" I told her she can keep it, looked like she needed it more than me since she obviously is in a bad mood or hates her life. Not happy about the service at this point, the last three days I've been coming here for my lunch break. Lately it have been before a rush first day the manager calls my order cause it's ready of the bat there's no fries with my meal. Cashier tells the manager there's fries with that order to let her know well she just looks at him and walks away cashier looks at me and gets it cool way to step up for the manager dropping the ball. Day two three orders get called before me kinda a rush but not to bad. Doesn't bother me cause I'm a patient person. Well I get my meal I order a double quarter pounder and I get a quarter pounder, I just laugh and shake my head just walked up 2 managers walking by the court 2-3 times till one says something to me I show them the box and open it to show them the burger they fix it no apology or nothing. Day three order a large meal same manager that takes the order gets the fries. They're medium fries, point of this story is I really think you got a problem with the managers you got there. Need to fix the small stuff before it makes the employees see that's ok customer service. read more
