I LOVE LOVE a good cold sandwich & I love me some avocado. Jersey mikes is my all time fav sub place however not all of them taste the same & every other Jersey mikes I've ordered from are very stingy with their avocado. 10/10 recommend. In terms of fast-food philly steak/cheese, this is one of the better options. We like the steak and the diced chicken subs equally well and often elect to get one of each and split them. The "extra meat" upgrade for about $3 more hits the spot when you're hangry! Pro tip: I didn't learn this for months but you can make some key, and free, customizations. Neither one of us likes the gooey "white cheese" that normally comes on the philly's. Turns out you can sub their sliced swiss cheese if you just mention it when ordering. Similarly (if you're not up for the Big Kahuna) you can just have jalapeno's added to the meats while they're being grilled, no charge. Again, just mention when ordering! Fountain drinks are self-serve and include plain/seltzer water too. Free parking and clean restrooms... all you could ask for. read more

I have been going out to lunch 4-days a week for the past few years. After trying many different fast food restaurants, I have found Jersey Mike's to be the best. I have gone exclusively to them for the last year. There are several locations in Tucson that I have gone to, however, the Thornydale location is the most friendly, as well as the cleanest. Their sandwiches always seem to be the thickest, and the manager, McKenzie, is by far the best manager I have ever met. Mess up orders pretty consistently and then want to be tipped. I believe you should get what you ordered and then to tip out person for using register, there should be a system in place to make sure orders go out correctly read more

The place closes at 10pm and I came into the location at 9:20pm. They had the store stanchioned off so you had to order at the pickup location. I ordered a #9 Club Supreme and not only did the person taking the order tell me they had no bacon left, she rang up the order and left without giving a receipt and had to come back to ask what type of bread I wanted my sandwich on. The guy making my sandwich then told me there was no bacon and that they would not make any more for my order (which comes with bacon). He could care less, they had no customer service value and I reminded my date to NEVER come to this location after hours again. Haven't been to alot of locations but this location is by far the best as far as staff and the subs. Always friendly and the subs are prepared properly, not slopped together. While this location is clean and everyone is working hard, there are issues. I'm STILL waiting for the owner/manager to call me re: my misordering! As I pointed out in my complaint to the company TWICE When ordering on Door Dash they should accept all the items as presented, and then ask for exceptions.TWICE I received Big Kahuna's with only meat and cheese. Those are $23 subs for God's sake! They are the only one that offers a wheat roll, but I'm now passing on them entirely. I'd never seen him in my whole entire life. He told me to leave because I was disrupting. His family, he was was referring to the workers behind the counter they were Caucasian and he was Hispanic he told me to leave I was about to leave anyways and he continued to yell at me even when I was getting in my car I did not do anything but defend myself verbally and told him to leave me alone to this day I am banned from going to Jersey Subs when everything is on camera I never did anything wrong the police do not want to get involved and says they have the right to deny anyone they want I find this very unfair and very unprofessional way Jersey Subs is handling this by denying my service read more
