Stopped by here on our way home from Glen Arbor. This by far was one of the nicest McDonalds we have been to. The decor was very well done, staff was courteous and working, the outside landscaping was well done and taken care of, and employees were cleaning, washing windows, and the washrooms were clean and taken care of. Our service was good. You can tell there is a sense of pride for the business. Every McDonalds and corporate should use this McDonald's as an example of presentation to the public. We wouldn't mind a little slow service now and then when a facility is this clean and well taken care of. read more

Terrible service placed an online order at 9:52 wasn't ready until 10:15. Then once I get my food I didn't get my drink told them I had a large coke then they proceeded to say it wasn't on the order showed them the online order and it showed coke and they still didn't give me one. Would not recommend this location terrible and in need of new workers and management. read more

The last 3/4 times I've been here they have got something wrong, today I went there to get a World Cup meal specifically to get a cup and guess what I didn't get the cup so I went back around and sure enough they still had them in stock and the time before I order Dr Pepper and they gave me a half full coke with no ice that was warm and During the Demon hunter promotion I went there also specifically for the demon hunter meal and they gave me everything besides the shaker salt. read more

I came in with my grandma and wife we ordered food. My wife and I both asked for ranch with our meals and were never handed any. Ben the general manager handed us 2 ranch cups when we asked for the ranch we never received and when we asked for another one he tried to charge us for it. We went because it was the only thing currently open and I've been wanting one of the Halloween buckets, which they didn't tell me they were out of them until I was already handed my food so I was a bit bummed about that. Then we got all the way home to find out that a sandwich that we ordered was also made wrong, they also charged us for an extra drink and didn't realize until they handed all of them to us at the second window. read more

I have no idea what has transpired at this Wayland MI McDonalds location, but it has gone from one of the best I have been to - to one of the worst. Used to be able to order & get exactly what you ordered. Now you have to check your order prior to leaving the window. Today I did not do that & was rewarded with paying for extra stuff I did not receive, hashbrowns that were so soaked in grease, there was no crunch what so ever in them & as an extra bonus I received egg shells in my eggs. I was handed my drinks & had to wait on the food (which was probably due to them having to rescue the drowning hashbrowns) all while they just stood around laughing & goofing off. When I worked at McDonalds years ago our motto was - "You have time to lean, you have time to clean." Maybe they should concentrate on more learning & less leaning. I think it is time to take our business elsewhere. read more

Lived in the area for 20 years and never had such a bad experience here it's been as good as a McDonald's but today at about 1:30am I ordered two snack wraps and a cheeseburger for my girlfriend after I'm done ordering the girl Told me she couldn't do grilled chicken after midnight which I replied that crispy was then she informed me that I can't order a snack wrap after midnight which is weird because it doesn't seem that hard to make and the person taking orders should know these things while the customer is ordering. But I was fine with it and ordered a number 9 same thing as my girlfriend but I requested no pickles on my cheeseburgers. This seemed to throw the employee off because it took a long time to finish ringing in this order that I've ordered tons and tons of time l Then I waited about 15 minutes after paying as I watched another employee on their phone and could hear rap music thru the window mind you it's about 1:30am and me and one other vehicle are the only customers so I'm unsure on why it would take this long other that two very incompetent employees are running the show. When I finally got my food the employee told me which cheeseburger had no pickles and I said no two out of the four burgers should be no pickle as I ordered two meals one with and one without pickle. He looked at me like I was a idiot and leaned through the protective glass there for his safety and tried to listen to me and he kept telling me that I was wrong. "I know customers can be wrong but I was taught in the service industry that the customers is always right " anyways finally I convinced him and he went in to talk to the other employee then came back and rudely said "gimme a sec" then a few minutes later he came back with a small bag. When I got home I realized it was a crudely put together double cheeseburger not the single I ordered which is fine by me but I don't thing his boss would like that he's just giving away a free stuff to make up for laziness. I've worked in the food business for a long time and I understand the pressure but it obviously was not busy and they were definitely not working their hardest. I understand it may be hard to find someone to work the night shift but management should not let two extremely incompetent employees work together what seems to be alone I just hope that these employees are watched a bit closer so I could enjoy a late night snack and not have to drive to a different Location I will be avoiding this McDonald's for awhile as I am very displeased with what I previously thought was a great establishment Thank you, 4/15/2020 order taken at 1:47am read more

Whenever I go there, I always always have to wait on fries. It's as if they don't realize it's lunch time and people are going to order fries. Also, they usually get my order wrong. Guys, you have one job to do... read more

This McDonald's is the worst ever. The management are snotty, rude, no customer service at all. I don't know how they train these people - maybe no training at all. If you have to wait a long time you would expect your food to be hot off the grill, but it's not .... it is cold , maybe it's been sitting on ice just so the management can laugh at you as you drive off down the road. If you go inside and complain, the managers act is if you are in the wrong! read more
