They are always out of bread. Not sure if anyone has told them but it's in there name. I am talking 10 or more times of the maybe 15 orders we have placed in the past year! Without an exception this was the worst food I have ever been served. Beyond shocking that a soup, which would normally be a fairly easy food to serve, would have THAT much salt in it. Normally I am a guy that will add salt to most meals, but this was beyond anything that you would feed a person, unless you had some sort of malice against them. If Yelp would only allow me one negative star rating, I would have used it here. The biggest concern here is the actual volume of salt. I'm not talking about salty, like chips or sea water but more like something to remove ice. That is a huge problem that indicates either some with malice or a major problem with training the food preparers. read more

Do not order curbside pickup from this Panera. This is the second time I've done it and regretted it both times. It took 20 minutes past the time it said it was ready and I ended up having to go in myself to get it since know one ever came. I called and spoke to the manager and that was no help. I understand staff shortages, but don't offer a service if you can't deliver on it. The food was equally disappointing. This panera is great! I usually order the same thing everytime and it is always spot on. Tastes fresh and flavorful! The employees smile and always are pleasant. Not much to be said about Panera. It's Panera. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. This location is always clean, the cashiers are not always the fastest and our food took a little time to come up last time. A little expensive for 2 people in my opinion and I dislike the fact that they don't have a You Pick 2 for kids. I do like that the calories are posted on the menu so it is very easy to make healthy choices even in a hurry. Way better than stopping for fast food. My new fav is the Power Protein salad (or something like that) It has hummus, spinach, and chicken, and then I get a side of chicken noodle soup. Low cal and delish! My boyfriend and I love Panera, but we've never had a bad experience like this before. First, it took 15 minutes to get our food and it never takes that long. My salad came out in a dirty bowl. It was the Asian sesame salad and there were crumbs and red strawberry residue stuck to the sides. A lady took it back to make a new one and, finally, my boyfriend got his food; however, his grilled cheese was cold. He could lift the bread right off the cheese. He asked for a new one, but it took 10 minutes to get back and it was still cold. After that I took a bite of my Mac and cheese and the spoon had old food stuck to it. The baked goods are great, coffee is just so so. Seems to be a lot of staff turnover at this location so sometime it a training mission to get things right. Seems like the toaster here never really toasts the bagels, just warms them up slightly. read more

The place is hidden but worth it to drive back. We ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt with the turkey chili. The sandwich had a huge piece of avocado in it and was very tasty. My Panera was spectacular. I've never seen such great staff before! I was welcomed with a warm welcome and smile (under the mask of course). They listened and helped modify my order to its complete best. After I took my order, I went to find a seat in the dinning room. Just ordered Baja bowl to go. Specifically asked for no chicken, no cheese, no yogurt. Was ran up correctly on the receipt so didn't bother checking until I got home. Had all three things on it that I asked to have removed. Ended up just throwing it away. read more

Normally love this location. Very convenient with on and off access to M6. But they fell on there face yesterday with customer service. I go to Panera out of all the other spots in this area because of the coffee. Well they ran out of coffee yesterday we told them twice and in a twenty minute span they still did not have coffee ready. We could have had decaff or hazelnut which we are not a fan of. The pick two my husband and I both got was great but not with out issues. My soup was cool not cold but certainly not hot. I got the French Onion soup and it had about a 1/2 tsp of cheese on top and no bread chunks at all. My husbands sandwich was haphazardly put together with the insides falling out on the sides - Not ideal. I normally love going to Panera Bread and will go to there other locations and will even try this one again to see if they improve. read more

I like Panera Bread quite a bit. This location is very busy so service can be slow sometimes. No chance at a gluten free menu, you have to figure it out yourself. Other locations I've been to have bent over backwards to help my Mom find gluten-free items on the menu. read more

Visited this Panera this evening. It was later in the evening so I understand that workers probably want to go home, but that's no excuse for unacceptable food. My sandwich was completely smashed, there were barely any ingredients on it, and I found a piece of plastic wrapping on my cheese slice. I was also given dirty napkins in my Togo bag. Super disappointing when I already feel like I'm slightly overpaying for Panera food, and couldn't even finish my sandwich it was so gross. read more

I placed an order online based on the hours they had posted on their website. Website stated they are open til 9:30. Once I got there they closed at 9pm! I called the manager the next day and bought me meal!!! They recently switched to a soft roll now instead of the baguette, which i feel was a great decision. The food is clean, amazing and delicious!
