seems they have trouble reading and getting orders correct. its not usually a problem, sometimes they'll forget to take off the pickles, not a problem i have fingers i can do it myself. today they messed up my order, not once, not twice, but three times. i ordered a mcchicken with cheese, bacon, and pickle. they gave me the sandwich with just the chicken and bacon and nothing else. i asked them to fix it and they removed the bacon and put chicken strips on it. i brought it up again and the lady made it seem like im the problem and said it was right the first time. after them remaking it again they almost got it right, still missing the pickle and lettuce. i just decided to leave because i was tired of dealing with them, and as someone who's worked fast food from 14yrs old to 19yrs i can confidently say its not hard to make a damn sandwich, all it takes is the ability to read. no longer coming to this location read more

We stopped there, went in, placed our order at a kiosk, got a number. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. We watched as people who came in after us got their orders. Again, we waited. After 5 people, whose order numbers were higher than ours, had gotten their orders, we gave up. Like much of the corporate world, they're trying to eliminate as many people as possible by making their customers take their places. They might have to pay a living wage to get people to work for them - and that might just dip into the ridiculously high profits they're getting. I've come to this McDonald's many times and I have not once had a bad experience. The people that work here and the manager included always have a positive tone when they speak to you. The food has always been fresh and I've only once not gotten everything I ordered. When this happened, I called and let them know and they, without attitude, were willing to fix it and give additional compensation for my troubles. We went in craving milkshakes. We ordered and they started making them, half way through making the third one they said there ice cream machine broke, McDonald's needs to get it together when it comes to ice cream. Instead of giving us refunds they gave us McFlurrys. I'm not sure how they made McFlurrys with a broken machine. I work for a McDonald's and I've NEVER seen an employee so rude. My mom waits at the speaker and when the employee Jasmin (blonde hair) took our order she starts with just a rude tone telling her to "go ahead" and after every item my mom would order she would say "is that it, is that it, is that it" and I'm not one for bad reporting but THIS is what set me off... she was listening to music on her AirPods the whole time we were ordering. Absolutely rude when we got to cash out window and I didn't appreciate it. I feel employees like that shouldn't be in customer service. Nothing makes me angrier then someone so rude working customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day but that's no excuse. Her attitude wasn't tolerated on our side of the experience we had here. This Mcdonalds is by far one of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to in my life!!! It is incredibly slow (AND I MEAN SLOW!) , They will almost guarantee mess up your order (AND I MEAN BASICALLY EVERYTHING) , and to top it off you will always get HORRIBLE customer service. We ordered, reading right off the big ads for new items in meals. ordered Dr Pepper. Paid. Weren't offered a receipt. They tried to hand us "Diet Cokes". Then told us they were diet Dr Pepper and treated us like we had to take their substitution and were horrible people for not just accepting what we were given. I'd give this location a better review if I could go through the drive through in a decent amount of time. I have heard the owners run short staffed on purpose and have no first-hand knowledge about this. My food is nearly always good, fresh and hot The customer service is ok although there is one girl who has a completely flat personality. I've never seen her smile or show any emotion. It's difficult to feel happy around someone so sour. I've seen their health department inspections are perfect. If you can pack plenty of patience, you'll be able to get good food here read more

I wish I could give this place a zero star. Every time I come here the order is wrong, or my sandwich is constructed poorly. I just recently left, ordered what I thought was the staple of McDonalds, The Grand Big Mac. I went through the drive way and actually had to wait for it. How do you have to wait for a Big Mac. I make it home to open the box to the most poorly put together Big Mac I have ever seen in my life. Two patties of meat on top of each other, then the middle and bottom bun on top of each other with a glob of sauce, NO CHEESE!!! How is this place in business? The kids who work there do not take things seriously, and should all be fired. Who is the management team, and how do they allow these things to take place? I just feel compelled to write this review as a warning - UNLESS you like spending 20 minutes waiting on a coffee at a place that is supposed to be "fast", then don't come here. We were on a road trip and stopped here for coffee and a potty break. The service was slower than molasses on a wintery Colorado day. All we asked for was 2 hot coffees. It took FOREVER. I can't imagine trying to order food here, it'd probably take longer than a fine dining experience to get a messed-up order. The manager was very apologetic for the wait, but rather than apologizing, they should just work on getting their act together next time. read more

McDonald's is what you expect. Go here regularly for a quick snack or meal. Drive through is always quick. Safe are always friendly and polite. A couple of times they have got the order wrong. Always make specialty orders correct, it is a major pet-peeve of mine when you have to double check every thing. Can't think of a time this place messed up. Hands down the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. I might have been able to excuse the fact that every single table was filthy and overflowing trash cans to them being busy, but they weren't, and 2 employees were sitting on break. The bathroom wasn't in any better shape. From the bugs crawling on the floor, trash on the floor, blood on the sink faucet, and grime on the mirror, I'm surprised I didn't get a staph infection from my visit. I seldom write reviews, but I had to make an exception for the McDonald's in Wellington, CO. I go through the drive thru at least once a week in the mornings on my way to work. I seldom have to wait very long, the food is fresh and perfectly cooked. The drive thru service is friendly and I always see employees outside cleaning up or busy doing something. Last week I was given a raw burger (QP w/ cheese). I was on I-25 so I didn't turn around. Today (4/19/18) I was given a RAW burger (QP w/ cheese). I drove back, the very nice person at the register got a manager. The manager didn't say he was sorry. In fact, he was a bit of a jerk about the incident. He actually asked me if I saw a little bit of pink inside the burger. Ummm....NO! It was raw. As in RED all the way through. He gave me a new burger in a bag, and abruptly walked away!
