Absolutely disgusting! I went there with a very hungry group of 3 and ordered $31 worth of chicken tender meals. Not only did we not get our tenders, I didn't even get a refund, the only thing you get here is bad attitude and disappointment, avoid at all costs. There's one specific employee that works nights at the drive thru and she always comes up with excuses whenever I go. The systems are down, they're out of what I want, or she refuses to sell items after 11 ( I understand a shortened menu because the location is 24/7 but only five different items?!?) . I never have any problems when other workers are there it's just this one in particular. Agreed, this place has one problem after another. Today their menu was wrong and instead of fixing it the manager didn't even come out to talk with me. Instead he mumbled from behind a machine that the prices had changed and they just hadn't gotten around to fixing the signs. When we got our food the fries looked horrible. Almost like they'd been through the fryer 3 times. Thankfully there were only 5 in my son's kids meal so he didn't have to stomach more. Every time I go here, there is always some sort of problem. There is also a specific employee that works nights here that either always has an excuse, or straight up refuses to give me what I want. I know there is a manager there, they should have a headset on too. Why they do nothing I have no idea, but I am about fed up with this place and their poor service. If there were another 24/7 McDonald's in the area I would avoid this place at all costs, but unfortunately there isn't. Worse drive thru of any McDonalds you will wait over ten minutes at any given time of day. EVERY time we go to this location an order is incorrect, items missing, etc. The day time manager literally stands outside and smokes non stop and from my interactions inside of the restaurant, he belittles and yells at the workers while doing nothing to help them. This location needs an overhaul and new management. Aesthetically it's very nice, now to bring it up to an acceptable standard of service and quality would be great. read more
