Absolutely disgusting! I went there with a very hungry group of 3 and ordered $31 worth of chicken tender meals. Not only did we not get our tenders, I didn't even get a refund, the only thing you get here is bad attitude and disappointment, avoid at all costs. Better to go to the other McDonald's if you want McDonald's. Absolutely love this location! My order is always correct, I can get ice cream whenever I want because their machine always works, and cars can be wrapped around the building and you will not wait any longer than 10 minutes through the whole entire drive thru! These workers are Awesome! read more

Good food and fast service. The staff is polite and I had my food within a few minutes. Can't ask much more amid a McDonald's! I've come here often and never had an issue. My order is always right and I the staff is never rude. I've been to other McDonald's where the staff is downright mean. It's appalling a business runs that way, but this McDonald's seems different. There's one specific employee that works nights at the drive thru and she always comes up with excuses whenever I go. The systems are down, they're out of what I want, or she refuses to sell items after 11 ( I understand a shortened menu because the location is 24/7 but only five different items?!?) . I never have any problems when other workers are there it's just this one in particular. When I do eventually get my order she acts almost as if she has never used the system before and doesn't know how to ring anything in. read more

Agreed, this place has one problem after another. Today their menu was wrong and instead of fixing it the manager didn't even come out to talk with me. Instead he mumbled from behind a machine that the prices had changed and they just hadn't gotten around to fixing the signs. When we got our food the fries looked horrible. Almost like they'd been through the fryer 3 times. Thankfully there were only 5 in my son's kids meal so he didn't have to stomach more. Every time I go here, there is always some sort of problem. There is also a specific employee that works nights here that either always has an excuse, or straight up refuses to give me what I want. I know there is a manager there, they should have a headset on too. Why they do nothing I have no idea, but I am about fed up with this place and their poor service. If there were another 24/7 McDonald's in the area I would avoid this place at all costs, but unfortunately there isn't. absolutely ridiculous! today will be the third incident of a sandwich being randomly taken off the menu! first, i ordered the classic chicken sandwich but they said it's no longer served? so i said id like a mcchicken but they were out of lettuce! then i ordered the mushroom swiss yesterday but they were out of mushrooms. does this place not get shipments? today i attempted to order the mushroom swiss again but instead of having no mushrooms, they no longer serve the sandwich at all! yet, the sandwich is still advertised on the menu. waste of time and money. read more

Worse drive thru of any McDonalds you will wait over ten minutes at any given time of day. EVERY time we go to this location an order is incorrect, items missing, etc. The day time manager literally stands outside and smokes non stop and from my interactions inside of the restaurant, he belittles and yells at the workers while doing nothing to help them. This location needs an overhaul and new management. Aesthetically it's very nice, now to bring it up to an acceptable standard of service and quality would be great. read more
