Instead of using multiple drink carriers, bagging the items differently or simply handing me the items, the employee crammed five items into a single four-cup tray and handed it to me through the window. The tray immediately buckled in half from the weight, and 3 of the 5 items fell all over me and the floor of my car. To make matters worse, no one apologized. The employee actually walked away, and I had to ask for napkins even though the mess was obvious. They didn't offer any help or seem concerned about what had happened. I had to ask another employee through the window for napkins and to remake one of the items I couldn't salvage. Luckily the other two had lids so I just cleaned them off. Accidents happen, but a sincere apology and a little effort to help clean up the situation would have gone a long way. I expect much better customer service than what I received.
