Dirty, horrible customer service. No one speaks English. Why is this allowed to be a franchise???

Tried them a 2nd time a couple weeks later. Go anywhere else, it will be faster. They give priority to drive thru so if you walk in you're looking at 20 minutes minimum to get your food. Ask a worker a question and he said in perfect English "I don't speak English " and he walked off. Saw him later chatting up a customer in English. Wow. read more

My kids love the playplace here so we come when I allow them to have fast food. We usually spend a good two hours here at a time. The tables in the playplace area are often times dirty but they keep a wipes station over by the trash cans and I have no problem giving the table a quick wipe down before we sit. This place sees a lot of traffic in the play area so I know it must be hard for employees to keep up. Especially during peak times. I've never had a problem with getting our food quickly. This is THE worst McDonald's in Wichita. Service is painfully, apathetically slow. The staff seems more interested in the drive-thru window than the long line of customers standing IN THE STORE! If questioned, they follow their "protocol" and say, "Sorry for the wait". What they are NOT saying is... "if you hadn't said anything, you'd still be standing there waiting..." The dining area is dirty, and the 1...ONE... employee, apparently, responsible for cleaning the lobby is too busy standing around, and occasionally wandering thru the room observing the dirty tables in their natural habitat. So, if you want a 1st class dining experience, you wouldn't be going to McDonald's anyway, right? But, if you enjoy eating at dirty tables and waiting 15-20 mins for your food, then this is the place for you! read more

I will never return to this location. I ordered a grilled chicken southwest salad and a diet coke through the drive-thru. Service was slower than normal but it was the beginning of the lunch rush. Window gals were friendly but i have to say that find part of a bug in my salad gets a horrible review. I wish i had the option to upload a photo. read more

Let's see if McDonald's reads these. I have a question. You sell a dbl 1/4 lb with cheese for $4.79 without tax. Sonic sells a dbl 1/4 lb with cheese for $2.56 with tax. Basically the same thing. What make your burger worth more than $2.56 more than Sonic's? Especially when your burger seems to have gotten smaller. Not quite as big as it was when meat was frozen, or when you first went to fresh meat. I can buy your dbl cheeseburger and pretty much have just about the same amount of meat as the dble 1/4 lb. Which is usually on the raw side since you're in such a hurry to get it out. Not something I can eat since I have a comprised immune system. I take it back and they refund my money plus give me a burger that is properly cooked. Also, why don't all your stores have the same menu prices. Some are quite a bit higher. Once got charged $3.79 for a dbl cheeseburger. Usually $2,14. Needless to say I no longer go to that McDonald's. Would appreciate answers to these questions. Thank you. read more

Worst McDonald's experience EVER. Went to this McDonald's late night multiple times this week. Was very disappointed that they were doing "cash only" at different times, MULTIPLE TIMES. When asking why this was, I got a very snarky and rude response. Last time I decided to go to the McDonald's down the street and had no problem. Not only will I not use this McDonald's again, but so glad I went to Burger King tonight. read more

The drive through took twenty min. The woman taking the order had to have me keep repeating as she was getting things wrong. Then we got to pay at the first window and the order was wrong and the lady couldn't get the card reader to work. We pull to the second window and the order has doubled in price and is still wrong. We finally got our food after 25 min. We went to McDonalds because these were in a hurry. read more

I notice the one putting fries in the containers for orders was not wearing gloves. Also, the one who put their hand over the fries to put it into a bag for a to-go order was not wearing gloves. Newly remodeled but can't seem to change their sign at the road that states they are open dine-in and drive thru 24 hours which in all actuality they close the lobby at 10. Change your sign! You've clearly got the money to do it! read more

Have given this location a wide berth for awhile, hoping things would improve. Nope. Still the same ignore-customers-at-the-counter level of service. Stood waiting for several minutes to be acknowledged, noticed two customers who had ordered waited more than five minutes for single item orders. Walked back and forth from dining room to counter several times waiting for 10 pc chicken nuggets, seemed to be lots of staff but zero coordination of service. One woman finally asked what I'd ordered and then walked back to food prep area and bagged them herself. Good grief, how does this location keep its franchise?? read more

This McDonald's is consistently super slow at the drive thru. It doesn't matter what time of day or night it is, they will require you to pull around the front of the building and wait for at least 10-15 min for them to bring out your food. However, when it finally does arrive, the food is always super hot which is nice. But yeah, not a great choice if you're in any kind of hurry. read more
