TERRIBLE customer service!! Diana the "manager" was VERY RUDE and has ZERO management skills. This is my 3RD time going thru the drive to get a Filet a Fish. Upon opening the box the sandwich is PATHETICALLY put together with ZERO care or pride. The filet is half out of the bun the cheese isn't even on the bun. This time there was barely any tarter sauce. I decided I should take it in for a manager to see. Upon asking for a manager I see a very young early 20 year old approaching me who says she's the manager for name is Diana. I was little bit irritated as it was the 3rd time and I open the Box and asked is this how a sandwich is supposed to be served? I explain to her that this is the 3rd time I've been through the drive-through in the past few months and received my sandwich this way. She offered no apology and just said we'll me remake it and proceeed to throw it in the trash and she turned and walked away. When she came back with the sandwich she put it in a bag and just handed it to me and said nothing. I asked what her name was and she gave me a snarky smile and said Diana and walked away. Upon opening the new sandwich it was put together much better however done with no care or pride and there is a big gob of tartar sauce inside the Box. From the long wait times to the unfriendly service, it's painful. One time, I placed my order at the drive thru, they forget one of our drinks after reading us our order. No biggie. Went to this location today. I was very disappointed! I ordered a 2 plain cheeseburger happy meal with unsalted fries for both, quarter pounder deluxe meal w/ unsalted fries, 10 chicken nuggets and a pumpkin pie for dessert. But instead they gave me a burger without cheese, so I told them I said plain CHEESE burger not a burger so I gave it back. Then they gave me a cheeseburger with cold cheese on it! They told us to pull through and wait in the drive through parking spaces. After 15 minutes and a dozen or more cars being served at the drive through I had to walk in to find out what was going on. Spoke to the manager and she told me the food will be right up. 5 minutes later they bring out the food and it's clearly old and cold. Every once in awhile my family and I have a craving for McGriddles. I sat in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes before being able to order in which they directed me to go to the reserved drive thru pick up after ordering. I watched at least 15 get their food (five of those including other people that were directed to go to the drive thru pick up spot after me) and I waited over 45 minutes and still did not receive my food. In the middle of that time I did go in and ask but was still left waiting. Finally I just went in again and asked for a refund. The managers response was " sorry I think we gave your food to someone else". My order was only 4 McGriddles and 4 hash browns. When the other yelp reviews say the concept of "fast" food is lost they are correct. There needs to be a better system at this establishment. They can take orders faster but the wait time is still the same since cars still have to funnel through the same lane to pay and get their food. It wasn't too busy when we went. About 3-4 cars.
