Well. Can't give no stars otherwise I would. What a disgrace this place has become. With the dining room closed, you'd think they'd be super efficient with drive thru and Curbside Pickup(Mobile Order).... NOPE. NOT THE CASE. I should've known nothing good could come of this visit when I saw their crap home made window/door with about 10 people standing impatiently and frustrated outside. We parked, placed our Mobile Order and waited patiently. 10mins... 20 mins.... Nothing. Wife decides to go check on order at the window... they look at her and don't even acknowledge her. Almost as if she's a ghost. She knocks on glass. Nothing. They stare at her in hopes that if they ignore her long enough, she will simply go away... FINALLY! A young man comes and tries to help her.... He says he will check on her order right away... 30 mins... 40 mins.... Now I switch spots with her... what is the deal?? I see about 24 cars have gone through and people just pulling up are getting their order, and I can't seem to get their attention. Finally, after I walk away from the window in frustration, our food is ready! Only issue is that it's been ready... I saw when they placed the two bags on the staging area... I told my wife it was ready and we just needed to get their attention. Yet 30 mins we couldn't do so. When our food is finally given to us, you guessed it, cold. I glance at the ticket and time stamp is over 40 mins earlier... just unbelievable. Meanwhile the drive thru now only has 3 cars. Two other women pull up while we are asking what happened, and before we can get an answer, they get their food and depart... yes they entered their orders as they pulled up and parked so was not ordered ahead... I wish they would've offered to remake it but now we can simply disappoint our little ones and tell them we declined to accept the cold stale fries so they can get their happy meals another day. What a joke. Even getting our refund took over 10 mins... you folks have some broken systems and processes and while I've received crap service and have had crappy experiences Over the course of my 36 years on this earth, this was second only to my near death food poisoning incident... yeah, that bad. At least acknowledge folks standing around. At least acknowledge that the food sat for 30 mins and was overlooked. At least acknowledge SOMETHING. ANYTHING. But don't just have a blank stare on your face. Please. Anything but that. Still waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me I'm being Punk'd. To make matters worse.... So I notice as we are waiting for our refund, they place our bags of returned cold food onto their Prep counter. Mind you I touched the fries with my hands in frustration when I felt the bags and fry holder were cold, and employee saw me do so. Here comes the nasty part... my two torn open bags (they had the "safety" seal when I got em and I tore open in front of employee, so I know they were in fact my bags) are then pillaged and used to fill other orders. Oh hell no! That's just wrong. So if you got cold fries or cold McChickens or McDoubles or Happy Meals around 8:30pm on 10-22, chances are, I touched your fries. I'm very sorry about that. McDonald food is Mcdonalds good. That's not bad. It's just the people who prepare it. They spend so much effort in speed not only do they sound robotic, but you can't understand what they're saying. 17-21 year olds talking at the speed of light. She got our order wrong yet was mad that they had to make the food they missed. Then we waited 8 minutes in the drive through reserved area. When the employee came out to give us the bag her posture was very irritated and she looked down asked me was this my food and basically dropped it int he window and walked away.... seriously. I understand they're mad for having to do extra work but as I told the young lady, they're so caught up ok speedy service that they forget customer service and attention to detail with orders. They gave me the wrong order but there was no way I was going in to bother them again. Just be aware. The food is good Mcdonalds food, but lower your expectation of service read more

A couple weeks ago we went through McDonalds Wildomar and got some cheeseburgers and fries. When we got home one of my husband's hamburgers had no meat, only a piece of cheese and a pickle. Well today we went through there again and my husband ordered two cheeseburgers and I ordered an ice cream. My husband opened his burgers right there at the window and one was a chicken sandwich. He was trying to hand it back and the young lady with black braids said "why are you handing it back to me" very rude and he said this is not a cheeseburger and she yelled for a cheeseburger, never apologized and stuck it out the window. I asked if I could talk to a mgr there and she ignored me and my husband drove off frustrated. Not happy, something is very screwy there. read more

I go to this McD's all the time to get breakfast; on this particular morning I ordered my usual, Egg McMuffin combo w/small coffee. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. As I did I noticed five cars from behind me get their orders with no problem, also their orders involved two or more bags of food. Terrible service at this McDonald's can't even provide simple customer service over a mobile order. Lead or Supervisor says I can't get a refund for my mobile order and that I have to go through the app to get the refund for not receiving the item. So i asked the associate to provide me with 4.39 worth of cookies they came back with just 6. Now I've been in the restaurant for JUST 30....By then the slush is melted and I've wasted my team with this team that can't do simple math... I did the math for him and told him it should be at least 10-11 cookies for 4 39 he tells his team member get him 3 more cookies at this point this restaurant is incompetent to do simple math that the register can do for them. So today I get a hold of corporate to get my refund for this ordeal and they come back to tell me YOU GUYS COULD OF ISSUED ME MY REFUND!!!!!!! The only reason why it would take long now is because of people ordering slow but I've been getting my food quick. 12-4-2021 around 1030 am. I ordered a fry and a chocolate shake. Fries were great. Shake was more like a chocolate milk. It tasted ok tho. Huge mistake. About two hours later my guts began to roil. I barely made it to a restroom. Twice. My guts hurt so bad I almost couldn't drive the hour back to my home. Where I spent a half hour emptying my bowels yet again. When I called, a young lady answered and said they are closed.... it was 12:15p 45 mins til closing time. This is unfortunate. I always leave my house extra early when I want to stop here for a quick drive-thru breakfast. Somehow, i am always almost late to work because the food here is NEVER ready. Today your staff was running all over the place trying to figure out who's order belonged to who. After a 15-m 20 min wait; my food was brought out and like last time, they forgot part of my order. I spent another 5 mins trying to get someone to help when the finally brought the rest out. This business is so unorganized. 1. To the owner of this franchise or store manager: 2. Are you fully staffed? 3. Do you have an action plan for your employees every morning? 4. Are you providing the proper training? 5. How do you think this reflects on you as a franchise owner or store manager to corporate? 6. Have you been properly trained to develop a strategy to execute your daily tasks? It is no secret that your scores are failing due to the horrible customer service; which subsequently falls back on management. I recommend taking a management course or reaching out to your leadership on what the problem is and what you can do as a whole to improve. This is an embarrassment, and I hope you heed my advice. What is going on I ordered a hash Brown and an oatmeal and a coffee I got my coffee and I'm sitting out front with a number on my car for an oatmeal and a hash Brown. come on it's not that busy, there's no one in the drive-through this place really needs to get their stuff together. I'm surprised this place is still in business but I guess the mass conglomerate McDonald's will never fail as far as anyone can see . Every time I order food from this place, one item is always uncooked. I don't understand how my food can be uncooked EVERY SINGLE TIME.

This review is about the customer service, not any of the food/drink. We had 3 small children (under 5) and were having a potty emergency. When we saw the dining room was closed, e tried the gas station that shared the parking lot. Unfortunately their bathrooms were closed because they needed to be cleaned and restocked (they had literal piles on the ground -- I can't take my small children in there, let alone wait for cleaning). Since nothing else was in the parking lot we tried to go back to McDonald's to see if we could please use the restroom -- NOPE! We even kindly asked because it was for the small children and it was an emergency (you know how kids are!) and they just coldly and abruptly said "no exceptions!" This was the manager too! I'm sorry but this is just ridiculous. I understand there are policies and procedures, but someone with common sense should be able to make an accommodation so that the 3 small children don't go potty in their pants. Freaking ridiculous! I'd expect better from an organization that prides themselves on customer service. This also isn't the beginning of the pandemic -- California is currently letting up significantly on restrictions so you would expect some discretion and judgement to be applicable for a situation like this. Obviously not. Thank god we found a restroom in the nick of time -- the kids were begging for McDonald's and I said sorry guys! I will NOT give THIS location my business. Yo how come every time I come here they always miss something like last time I ordered medium fries and chicken nuggets they gave me unsalted fries which I didn't ask for and I asked for bbq sauce they always seem to forget it like every time I ask they always forget condiments.
