What's with the masks!!!! I was at the drive through and saw 4 employees, including a supervisor all wearing their masks under their noses!!! The masks are to protect us and wearing them that way is about useless! Thanks for thinking of us! Not! I hope someone can give them mask wearing lessons!!!! This Mcdonalds is always bad. Nice and new, modern looking ,convenient Bad food, bad service. What is wrong with those people . The management is not doing their job. All of these people with the bad reviews are completely right. The food menu pictures are false advertising, nothing looks like the pictures. Cold coffee is also a problem. I do love their french fries when they are hot . Also the drive thru is a joke the way they set it up with the 2 lines, people are sometimes ready to rumble over getting to the cashier, who goes first, it's stupid. The prices are so high too! I won't be eating there ever. I use their parking lot to eat my Taco Bell food ...... :( read more

I grab dinner and breakfast here as I work near by. This is THE MOST fustrating McDonalds I have ever patronized. Dinner time, not nearly the problems as the breakfast crew has. 8 out of ten of my orderds are screwed up! I order extra cheese on burritos, sometimes it doesn't happen, othertimes I get no cheese at all. Same with the bacon egg & Cheese biscuits. Also, I can't count just how many times I dont get plasticware with my cinimelts. Not fun eating those with your fingers once you get back on the interstate. And check your cinimelts, they forget to heat them up every once in a while. Not sure if they have poor communication skills but never the less, poor management to allow this to continue for as long as I have come here. read more

I had the worst service and dealt with the worst employee last night. All over a stupid root beer. First, I came to the drive thru window, and the employee was giggling... which was fine. They took my order. I went to the window to pick it up. They gave me a Dr. Pepper and a Coke with my meals. I told him I wanted a root beer and a Coke. Now... I may have accidentally said Dr. Pepper. (Not sure... my fault possibly.) But all I said was that I wanted a root beer and a Coke. The employee just rudely said, "You need to pull forward." So I did. I sat in my car and waited for 10 minutes, while car after car was served. Then, there was no one even waiting in line. And I saw the rude employee lean out the window, look at me, laugh, and lean back in the window. I waited a few more minutes, then I called the store. I had to call twice before I got through to anyone, and I asked to speak to the manager. She got on the phone and I said, "Please come to your forward drive thru window." She said, "I didn't even know anyone was there." She was very apologetic and said she would get me a new root beer, and new fries since mine were cold. A minute later, the rude employee appeared at the window with a drink, and in as rude and smart alecked and condescending of fashion as he could said, "Here you go, sir!" And laughed. Then the manager came to the window with my fries and said she talked to the employee, and apologized because they were busy. I was stunned speechless. This kid was blatantly rude for no reason. Maybe he had a bad night. That's cool... we all do. I just wanted a stupid root beer. It didn't have to be that difficult. If I said, "Dr. Pepper" instead, I'm sorry. All you had to do was dump it out and pour me a root beer. You didn't have to 'teach me a lesson'. I'm a regular McDonalds customer... who isn't? But there's a Burger King right across the street. And another McDonalds right around the corner. Maybe it's a little more inconvenient to get to, but hey... at least I wouldn't have to deal with that kind of behavior. read more

Check your order before you leave the window, they lie about special request, like leaving off the catsup. Will never return.

Its one of my favorite McDonalds. It has average sized dining area but very nice layout. I like to eat my burger looking out the window to see views of the street and other buildings. Its right at the freeway exit so its very easy to access. I have two young kids and they really like the play area here. I am marking this address so we will come back again. Great place! read more

This is a rating based on the following multiple visits here: 8/25/13: I decided to visit the drive thru before heading to work in the morning. BAD DECISION. There was two cars ahead of me, and as I was waiting for my turn I can hear the first car yelling his order outloud. He wanted a big breakfast and a chocolate dipped cone (yes, two cars behind and I still heard it clearly). Unfortunately the employee running the drive thru was not too bright. He literally asked the customer to repeat the order at least three times. After multiple confirmations of the order, the first car proceeded forward to pay for his order. Second car rolls up and he, too, had to repeat his order at least three times. I saw the expression of the second car's driver in the mirror, and he was not satisfied. Then my turn finally came up after waiting approximately 5-7 minutes.. I placed my order speaking as slowly and clearly as possible, and luckily he comprehended and took my order in one take. Overall, a terrible SLOW experience for the drive thru. 8/31/13: Went to the drive thru around 10 o'clock at night to grab a late night dinner. Ordered a McChicken and Grilled Onion Cheddar. I was the only customer at the drive thru. Quickly paid the $2 tab. When I reached the food pick up window, the kid working asked me if I was the one who ordered the large soda. I told him no, and repeated my order. Then I finally received my ordered; clearly not the brightest kid. 09/07/13: Late night (11pm) dinner. Ordered a Quarter Pounder BLT meal without pickles. What I got in return was a Quarter Pounder BLT WITH pickles (fail.) and stale french fries. 10/14/13: Ordered a Bacon & Cheese Quarter Pounder Large Meal. Everything arrived fine with the exception the quarter pounder's bacon and onions were all shifted to one side (easy fix). Food still tasted up to typical McDonald's (average) standards. I'm a fan of McDonald's in general, but this location just usually sucks. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my home. read more

Again they screwed up our order. Went thru the drive thru the drive thru person got the order right but the person who gave us the order obviously did not check. How hard is it to make a burger without CHEESE!!! We asked for 2 quarter pounders without cheese... and again both had cheese. Were not coming back, we will go to Nancy Joes, or even Burger king or Dairy Queen. I will not recomend this branch of MCDonalds to any one. read more

Thank you so much for the Caesar Salad without any dressing with a dry piece of chicken and no fork to eat it with. What the hell is a Caesar Salad without dressing?!?
