I hate the place. this hamburger gave me food poisoning. I was in the bathroom for 2 hours. I could not leave and my tummy hurt so bad.i asked them what's the best thing here they said this hamburger and it came out with mold on it and the tomato's were black and burn.This is so bad I will never come here again. I had to go to the hospital and they made me stay overnight. *24 hours* all because I eat a dang burger. I will never forgive Amy. Amy was my server. She cussed me out. I always liked the mcd filetofish. But this location NEVER steams the bun. I was a swing manager at mcd (not here) many years ago. They ALWAYS steamed the buns for filetofish. Every other location we've been at steamed the buns. Dry gross sandwich otherwise. Once made mobile order here. Girl on drive-thru speaker was INCREDIBLY rude on pickup. We'll never be back. The worst McDonald location ever. The service is horrible. Every time I visit that location( not by choice) i have a horrific experience. The drive thru is the slowest I have ever seen. The customer service is poor and the food always cold no matter if they are busy or not. McDonald's drive-through and they must've been doing a shift change because it took 10 minutes for somebody to finally take my order and then they proceeded to take two cars and lane one before my order in lane two which I was there 10 minutes before those two cars even got there. And then they were at a hashbrowns and when they finally brought my order out, the lady refused to walk out to my car. I had to get out of my car and go get the order from the front door. I asked for a manager and Nicole came to the window. She said they would not take my order and I had to pull around and try the other kiosk. I said no. In the drive thru...more like held hostage because I was stuck for over 30 minutes only to be served the hardest fried buttermilk chicken tenders ever! Let's add that the fries were cold. Now considering the waiting and the monster apologies at the drive thru window you would think the food would have at least been hot and good, but it was far from even somewhat tasty. I had only eaten two pieces of toast all day so I was a bit stuck with this crap of a meal as I was head to toe dirty from working in the yard and was not walking into any restaurant looking and smelling like I had not bathed in weeks. I went inside and I'm assuming the manager with the bleach blond wig was yelling at her staff so because of that horrible environment that the manager was destroying with her meanness. During my time here on Yelp, I've only written two, 1 star reviews and the only thing keeping this one from being number three is the hot fries...and that's sad. All you need to do is look at the previous reviews and it's easy to see that there is no consistency in service or food at this location. This review is strictly about the customer service experience..the food tonight was normal McDonald's and like I said, the fries were hot. It's not a good sign when you walk in and there's several people waiting to get their orders, including an irate customer, holding a small child, loudly telling Debbie (the order taker) that his order was "just right there" and the manager steps in and says "she doesn't know where it's at". So Debbie steps back to the counter to take our order seemingly irate herself and full of bad attitude. My wife places her order, then my daughter, followed by me...3 combo meals, nothing special. While ringing it up, one meal gets deleted, but we're handed 3 cups. Once I confirm the deletion on the ticket, I gotta re-order the one meal. Follow that with, we told her "dine-in" and it was rung up "take out". No smile, no "thank you", no "sorry about that", no "kiss my a$$", nothing. While dining in, we overhear Debbie telling another customer that the fries at a competitor (B.K.) are better. Who does that as an employee? Finally, watching the entire staff ignore the manager's request/direction for garbage on the floor (fry holders) be picked up before someone slips on them, lends credence to why you aren't "EARNING" $15 an hour. read more

If somebody with Covid 19 touched the keys and I touch the same keys I NOW HAVE COVID ON MY FINGERS. I walked in the lobby. NOONE IN LINE, 3 CARS IN DRIVE THRU. NOT BUSY. The dark skinned lady in the managerial outfit, STANDING BEHIND THE REGISTER told me to use THE KIOSK. I told her I don't use kiosks. She then said using the kiosk would speed up my order (speed up what? There were no customers in the lobby). I repeated I don't use kiosks. The managerial person then sent an employee out to "help" me use the kiosk. I repeated that "I don't use kiosks" . I didn't attempt to explain my reasons for not "kiosking" because she didn't seem to be into customer service at all. I ended the interaction stating "I'll eat somewhere else" and walked out. I don't go here often. But, we're doing Keto so I ordered scrambled eggs w patty sausage (no home fries or biscuit). The sausage was pretty good. But, it's pretty obvious most people don't order scrambled eggs. Mine appeared like they were made 3 hours before and sat in a holding tray. I'll start by saying that I am not a huge fan of McDonalds as a rule, but I absolutely have to give kudos to this group. Coming home from the beach with 2 cranky, starving grandkids, I was willing to take what I could get. But even with a line wrapped around the building, we were thru and had our order in record time. And IT WAS RIGHT!! Down to the very specific orders of two plain cheeseburgers, just meat and cheese. No surprise pickles, no ketchup or mustard to wipe off for a very demanding child. This McDonald's is a shame. The only thing good about it is actually the service. The regular lady who takes your order and payment is A wonderful asset. The other members are also pretty friendly. They also get your order right. However, the wait time at this McDonald's is so horrible. So efficiency is majorly lacking. You can easily wait 15-20 min in the drive thru for your food, and the order ahead and pick up is no better. I ordered a coke for them to bring to my car. Just a coke. I waited about 3 minutes and I went inside and my coke was just sitting on the ledge. Other times, they have lost my service bc they were too slow, and in needing something quick, I was forced to leave. I hope they improve this soon. read more
