I tried Tasties fresh burger for the first time today! I got the Carolina barbecue burger meal with the season fries burger was so delicious great coleslaw, bacon nice smash burger patty not to fit how I like it soft fine probably brioche it was so soft. Nice size fries, and well seasoned. Also a side of sauce. I'm guessing some sort of blue cheese. Maybe it was thick and it came in a really nice container. Well package service was great. This Tasty's location has become our go-to pit stop for food whenever we are passing by Yulee. They are the closest location when passing by I-95. Tasty's hails as one of my Top 3 favorite burger joints. Sadly, there are no Tasty's burger joints in Jacksonville so a pitstop to any Tasty's location whenever the possibility comes, is a must. The inside for this particular location is nice and open. They also have plenty of outside seating available. So if and when the weather permits, you gotta eat outside. I have been eaten at this particular location many times and I have yet never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Food/Burgers always on point. We stopped by this place on our drive home from Savannah. We had never heard of this chain but needed something quick. Surprisingly, the food came out quick, fresh and HOT. The quality seemed pretty good and the taste was on point. I shared the Philly cheesy real and loaded supreme fries with my son. My other child got a chicken sandwich and said it was okay. HUGE shout out to Rachel (manager on duty) and Lynette (Kitchen) tonight 1/5/26. I just got out of urgent care from a wreck my son and I experienced and we were starving. I saw it was just a few minutes before closing so I called on the way there, explained my situation and they were more than happy to make two cheeseburgers with some fries and onion rings. Are these the best fries I've ever had? Quite possibly. I'm definitely a French fry connoisseur and I feel like I could eat these every day. It's a bit of a wait for them to make the fries fresh but it's totally worth it. They're crispy and salty, not greasy at all. Sooooo yummy! After eating here a couple times, I docked a star because sometimes I've gotten very small portions. $6 for a handful of fries is nuts, no matter how delicious they might be. My grandson absolutely loves Tastys burgers so when he is visiting he wants to come here first before any other restaurant. They have great juicy burgers and the Parmesan tots are just addictive. On my most recent visit I tried the onion rings and they are so delicious, tender onions with a crispy batter. Each Tastys is very much the same and they keep it very consistent across all locations. Don't. Just don't. Out of chicken and Parmesan and so much else. I ordered two different items....nope. And the Diet Coke is not good (tastes like tv static according to my husband). At the tune of almost $40 for three at a place that's not even comparable to Whataburger, and all I had was tater tots!!!!! I'm just at a loss. The modern look had me fooled that the food would be good. The menu was decent but they put a "we don't have it" sign on the register written with a sharpie. And my son literally just said "for a place called Tasty's it sucked". Anyway....I got the old bay tots and the "tarter" was mayo with about five pieces of relish. Just salty and bad, so bad. The boys had burgers. They said "flavorless" "bland". The buns were good but just overall tasteless. Why did we waste our trip to Yulee on this!!??? Never ever ever ever again. 2/13/24 - Stop in for lunch on my way back to Jacksonville. I ordered a Tasty Classic Cheese Burger combo all the way. Ordering was very difficult as the music was so loud and the girl at the counter had a hard time hearing me as I told her what I wanted. After a 10-minute wait I received the wrong burger. I returned it to the front counter and told her I would be happy to eat this burger if it didn't belong to someone else. She insisted on making me the burger I ordered. After another 10 minute wait I received yet another wrong burger. This burger came with only beef, cheese and bun. Instead of returning it (as I was out of time) I ate it and then left. After thinking about it, I thought the owner / operator should be made aware "Turn The Music Down" so the counter people can hear the orders correctly. I don't think I'll be back! read more

I went in today to order a regular menu item. The supreme tots. This is tots with chili, cheese and jalapeños. They told me that they were out of jalapeños. I was also going to put jalapeños on my burger, this is a$1.49 upcharge. I asked if they would discount the tots( they do not offer this same thing without jalapeños for a different price). The guy said no. I said, so you will upcharge me to get them but can't down charge because YOU don't have them. The guy said yep, it just is what it is. We left. The food here is better than OK but a bit overpriced like all Smashburger type restaurants. We were going to order about 40 dollars worth of food and they let us just walk out the door over what just needed to be substitution or discounted item. The wildlight location is the worst of this chain. If I was not already familiar with this place I would never try them again. Do yourself a favor and go to the Yulee or fernandina store. read more

In addition to hamburgers, they have french fries, tater tots (which no matter how much I consider myself a "foodie," tater tots are a personal favorite and each bite is a return to childhood), chicken, hot dogs, etc. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. It is not too far off the highway and offers travelers a place to grab a meal in a fast casual environment and also a chance to stretch your legs, get the kinks out of your shake the road from your soul. we go out to eat and my boyfriend ordered a plain burger with just pickles. They rang it up, and then accidentally deleted it when checking out. We didn't notice until we were halfway through our meal and he was the only one at the table without food. When we went up to ask where it was they realized it was deleted. No apology, but they went to remake it. When we got it, the order was completely wrong. We brought it up again and by this time everyone at the table was done. There is a very nice, up scale housing, apt development off I-95 N at Hwy 200 in Nassau County, Wild Light and as a consequence store, restaurants are opening at the beginning of the complex...hence Tasty's! We love Tasty's; their food is a cut above! My husband almost flipped the car over when he realize it was open and he had to get to the other lane fast to turn in....lol! He likes the shrimp roll order which is 2 rolls and an order of sweet potato fries. They ask do you want your sweet potato fries "sweet or spicy"? He said sweet and boy were they sweet.... they had 1/2" of syrup on the bottom; if asked, next time, I'll just say "lightly salted"! We had the shrimp rolls before, they were more like a shrimp salad heaped into the two unusual buns (grilled on outside with garlic butter) but this time they were whole shrimp lightly seasoned laid into the bun-he said he still liked them. read more

Popped in for a late lunch July 2021. Ordered The Chicago style hot dog with a side order of southern style fries. They have two choices of dogs a regular and a 1/4 pounder. The hotdog Was larger than expected. The fries were season well. Additionally, they offered a 25% discount for military, veterans etc. I will definitely return to sample some other items off their extensive menu. They have a friendly staff and very clean facility. You'd think if 4 guys are cooking, one might be able to make an egg fried hard as it was ordered. That's not the case. I've been a loyal Tasty's customer since the first location opened in 2011, and they continue to be incompetent at getting orders correct. Maybe management should consider using the profits from their overpriced burgers to train their failing staff. read more

A new place just a few miles off I 95. Spouse tried the regular cheeseburger, found it moist and tasty. GF bun or lettuce wrap options available! I tried the teriyaki turkey burger which had loads of toppings including cucumber - yum! The patty itself is fresh made but too much bread for the bird for my taste.
