I forgot his name but he was so helpful. He told us aisle 47. And grey was very helpful. The Customer Service here is outstanding and above and beyond. The workers here works super hard and definitely serve the community of Tustin. This is by far the best Lowe's I have ever been to. Definitely would recommend and come back. Starting a new hobby lately, and learning how to garden, so I figured the best place to go and get supplies is my nearby Lowe's. Their gardening section has almost everything you'd need to begin gardening, whether you had a yard or an apartment balcony. I picked up a planter stand, watering can, soil, shovel, and a pot. It was easy to find things in the store. I was also looking for seed packets, but couldn't find it, and it was really hard to find a team member to ask for help. Eventually we found one, and learned that Lowe's doesn't have seeds when it's out of season. Good to know for next time! read more

Note; This is a free standing large store between the crazy busy Costco and Target. The traffic going to the nearby Whole Foods and Costco Gas Stations might test your patience. But Lowes never seems as busy as it's competitor Home Depot about 3 miles away. Lucille's BBQ restaurant is in the same parking lot. I bought a large tool cabinet online and decided to pick it up. Brought my strong neighbor along. They placed it one a long flat cart. It was raining hard, and he tried like heck to put it my car. No way would it fit and it was heavy. So I bring it back inside and told them I would return after borrowing a friend's truck to pick up. But then I realized they could deliver for a fee. The delivery fee was reasonable, definitely made more sense than injuring mine and my neighbor's back. So I asked them if I could have it delivered over the phone calling from home. No problem, the cashier redid the transaction. She refunded my original purchase amount, Then rewrote the purchase plus the delivery fee and schedules it the the next business day. The delivery was easy, except their website tracking process is a bit more cumbersome that tracking an Amazon order. It was scheduled to arrive at 1:30 today, and the delivery driver got here exactly at that time. He updated me of his arrival early in the morning, and said he was 5 stops away. He texted me later on his arrival time. Thank God he was a lot stronger than me! So far, the product looked fine though I haven't tested all the drawers. Price was competitive with other similar retailers. But the cashier and delivery guy were great. I visit this store regularly when I need to buy light bulbs, batteries, cleaning supplies, etc. NO issue with parking except be careful parking too close to the Costco shoppers. read more

I am absolutely shocked by how Lowe's handled what was a serious and potentially life-threatening safety issue. We had a gas dryer delivered and installed yesterday, and it turned out to be leaking gas for an entire day. Once we realized what was happening, we immediately contacted the gas company and called Lowe's customer service for help. Lowe's response? They could not have cared less. I explained that a gas appliance they had just delivered/installed was actively leaking gas into our home, and the best they could offer was to send someone out MONDAY. No urgency. No meaningful attempt to help. Not even an apology. This wasn't a scratched appliance or an inconvenient delivery issue. A gas leak can cause an explosion, fire, carbon monoxide exposure, serious injury, or death. The fact that Lowe's treated this like a routine service appointment is completely unacceptable. Thankfully, we discovered the leak before something bad happened. But I cannot get over the fact that after being told their newly delivered gas dryer was leaking gas, Lowe's response was essentially, "We can send someone Monday." I have never experienced such a crazy lack of concern from a company over a legitimate safety hazard. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received, and I would never trust Lowe's with an appliance installation again. read more

My family has come here to get a Christmas tree outside in front of the store in the big tent every year for the past 4 years now! We usually go the day after Thanksgiving right after we eat a short walking distance from Lucille's. The service here is always good. Everyone that helps is always so nice. They package the tree up to get it ready for transport in your car without trying to have any branches break and needles to not fall out all over your car. The trees seem the freshest st this time and they seem fairly priced! We got a smaller tree this year since I have two young granddaughters and they have 2 cats. Lol. We will be back here again most likely next year!!! read more

Clean store, great bathrooms, tons of options for dog toys and Carhartt clothing. However you'll get more customers service at the dmv. The paint department "if you can get someone" is totally under trained. These poor kids working the counter have zero knowledge and preparation on how to do their job. Had a color match done a week ago. Came back in with the bar code and formula later, and they had no idea how to make the paint. Mind you that was after waiting for 15 min for someone at the paint counter. Long story short, a person finally came, had no idea what to do, and told me "it can't be done".. Then the Sherwin William rep came and was able to do it in a minute. The poor Lowes employee apologized and explained they never had been taught how to do this. Lowes management- you are setting your employees up for failure! The only thing convenient about this place is there is there is plenty of parking. read more

Once again LOWE'S DRAPERY / BLINDS TEAM provided us the most fabulous service one could imagine. Not only did they make recommendations that saved us a lot of money ($7,000) by recommending we call the LEVOLOR vendor and check the warranty on our blinds that one of 8 had somehow gotten damaged. LEVOLOR found our original purchase order and replaced our blinds. LAKEESHA, our representative at Lowe's Tustin, then SUMMER, the manager and JEREMIAH Bischof, the Lowe's installer did a fabulous job making sure our product arrived safely and completely, then coordinated the installation on a date that was perfect for us. Mr. Bischof did not leave until our blinds were perfectly installed in our windows and worked perfectly. We sincerely appreciate the involvement, care, professionalism, and detail provided us by this amazing Lowe's team. THANK YOU!!! read more

Went here today to buy pots and large plants for my yard. The average each pot was 100 bucks and so was the plants that I was looking for in my yard. So this would've been a pretty substantial purchase. I asked three employees separate times for us for assistance locating what I was looking for to help me take a heavy pot down. I couldn't get any of them to help me without just pointing to other people in the area. So I left my cart and I am heading to Home Depot. Hopefully they could use my business. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Lowes. My order was delayed multiple times, communication was awful, and delivery people tried to avoid doing the work, haul-away, and install I had paid for on an order close to $3000. ZERO accountability. We were in the market for a new washer, but because the store cannot install a new washer (that's stacked) with an old dryer, we had to go ahead and purchase both the washer and dryer. Fine. However, when the appliances were delivered, the dryer had a huge dent on the outside, so they had to return it. Once the new dryer got delivered, there was a scratch on it. The installer said they could provide a discount instead of ordering a new one, which at this point, I was okay with since I didn't want to go more days without a washer/dryer. The installer said he would put in the request, but never did and never answered my call/texts, so I had to call customer service and put in the request myself and submit all of the photos...etc. The most Gardner in Customer Service said he could do was a $25 Lowe's gift card. I escalated it since that seemed laughable for the inconvenience we had gone through, and in the end, we spoke with Kevin and he was only able to provide a 10% e-gift card. He was a bit rude on the phone and since I had already been on the phone with them for over an hour, I decided to call it quits and just accept the e-gift card. This was our first time at Lowe's. We have always gone to The Home Depot because is so close to our home. You guys blew our minds. Your selection and customer service is amazing. We came in on Sunday looking for a gas dryer and were helped by one of your associates, Jonathan. He was so helpful and friendly that we were just blown away. Jonathan made sure that our gas dryer was in stock and brought it out to our truck. He answered all of our questions and concerns and made us feel very welcoming. I'm specifically rating the cabinet people in the back of the store. We had mold under our sink and needed new kitchen cabinets. We decided to keep our island, just add a new top to it so it would match the new cabinets. So first of all, the entire process took almost two whole years to do (I swear. No joke. I had no kitchen for almost two whole years!) So when they FINALLY got installed, I was like, "FINALLY!" And just so happy that I had my kitchen back, I didn't really bother to check everything out before they left. A mistake I will NEVER make again! One day (about 6 months after the install), I was mopping and my head was bent down and I happened to look up underneath the island top to see that there was a GIANT hole in the side wood of my cabinet that they didn't bother to tell me about. Also, after almost a year from install at this point, they didn't bother to bolt the dishwasher in place and because they didn't, sometimes it doesn't open, other times I can't get it to close, so I have to move the entire dishwasher all over the place until I get it lined up PERFECTLY that it will close, but during the dish washing process, it of course moves all around and back out of place. Sometimes I have to take a butter knife and shove it up under to move the bolt plate out of the way to open/close it properly. It's just a fiasco. And then BECAUSE it moves around so dang much, it's knocked the board that they put up at the end of the cabinets (on the left side of my dishwasher, to rest the counter top on top of) out of place! TOTAL nightmare. In fact, I am starting to have mold AGAIN because (I JUST found out) that this whole time, it was my garbage disposal that was leaking! However, I'm SOOOO traumatized that I'm like, "Naw, let's just keep the moldy cabinets. Spray some mold killer on it. We'll be ok. I am NOT doing that nightmare all over again! If I could give them zero I would. Purchased two outdoor planters, which totaled about $100. After three months they chipped completely. Never even put a plant in them. When I returned them with my receipts, , they said there was a three month window and they can't do anything about it. A complete waste of $100 for defective merchandise. I will never shop at Lowe's again and I am writing this as a warning to consumers that you may want to switch to Home Depot. They stand by their products. I was remodeling 2 bathrooms. Very disappointed in the customer service. The orders I placed were always delayed. Waited for delivery for 2 days and they were a no show. Then they accuse me of not being there for delivery. I spent over $10,000 and had to return tiles, sinks, vanities etc because they could not complete my order and I was paying my contractor. While in the Fullerton and the Tustin stores I waited 20-40 minutes to get help and I was told they were out to lunch. I will never recommend Lowe's. The rewards program is horrible too. read more

RUDE! Unacceptable. Stacey the store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. My grandfather was buying some mulch this past Friday afternoon, he was jerked around to different register several times ( only two registers in the Lowe's garden). Only one register was open, however, Stacey came over and made it worse. She was yelling at his poor cashier guy named Edgar, yelling at the customers to switch registers TWICE. She even told this Mexican female customer to " LEAVE MY STORE!" When this customer confronted her about her rudeness towards cashier Edgar. LOW efficiency. Everyone waited MORE 20 -30 minutes to check out! They were only 4-5 people in line. WRONG price tag all the time. My grandfather is a wounded veteran and won't be able to go back to store w 200 lbs of mulch n do " price adjustment". If I wasn't deployed, I'd go down there with him and straighten everything out! I needed a new garage refrigerator. First I went to Best Buy Tustin Marketplace.I was walking around looking for a refrigerator and NO ONE ever bothered to ask if I needed help. The selection was small so I needed help picking one out. Never mind. I left. I went to Home Depot in the same center. They had a few models but all were dented. A woman did eventually come by . She told me that these refrigerators were just samples but they looked so bad I didn't want to buy one even if it would be new. Then she told me there were some on the back wall. I walked over and they were all in boxes. Buy a refrigerator sight unseen? Really? So i drove over to Lowe's in the District on Park Ave. Immediately someone named Astrid came over to help. Not only was she helpful and knowledgeable but she told me how i could get a discount by opening a charge card. There were many refrigerators to choose from too. She then had to leave and turned me over to Jonathan. A really nice and patient guy . I did buy the refrigerator. I got a good price and so far I'm very happy. Don't trust their paint. I bought paint of the same color on 3 different days, they all dried differently even after Lowes manually mixed it on the 3rd try. I've spent thousands of dollars at this point having my contractors try to repaint my house and it still wrong because Lowes can't match their own paint colors. Tustin has a bad manager, he claimed it was my fault as I should've noticed when I was painting but he agreed that the shades were different even though the names were the same on the can. He (mikey) was too lazy to even try and figure out why. He naturally went to blaming it on his employees. Poor customer service at the Tustin location overall, the fourth time I went to tell them the 3rd mix failed, I asked them to check their machine to see if it was properly calibrated and they brushed it off saying it was. read more

We bought a new Frigidaire on Sept. 9. A few days later the compressor went out and Lowe's would not help. Said it was Frigidaires problem. We moved into our new house on Oct 1. Today is Oct 6 and the repairman is allegedly coming out today to fix it. The worse customer service. Only went to Lowe's because of their sale. Next time I'll return to BestBuy or Costco and pay a little more. Those two companies, from my experience, have good customer service. Hate Lowe's. read more
