    My family has come here to get a Christmas tree outside in front of the store in the big tent every year for the past 4 years now! We usually go the day after Thanksgiving right after we eat a short walking distance from Lucille's. The service here is always good. Everyone that helps is always so nice. They package the tree up to get it ready for transport in your car without trying to have any branches break and needles to not fall out all over your car. The trees seem the freshest st this time and they seem fairly priced! We got a smaller tree this year since I have two young granddaughters and they have 2 cats. Lol. We will be back here again most likely next year!!!

    The giant hole up underneath my island counter top in the side of the island.

    I'm specifically rating the cabinet people in the back of the store. We had mold under our sink and needed new kitchen cabinets. We decided to keep our island, just add a new top to it so it would match the new cabinets. So first of all, the entire process took almost two whole years to do (I swear. No joke. I had no kitchen for almost two whole years!) So when they FINALLY got installed, I was like, "FINALLY!" And just so happy that I had my kitchen back, I didn't really bother to check everything out before they left. A mistake I will NEVER make again! One day (about 6 months after the install), I was mopping and my head was bent down and I happened to look up underneath the island top to see that there was a GIANT hole in the side wood of my cabinet that they didn't bother to tell me about. Also, after almost a year from install at this point, they didn't bother to bolt the dishwasher in place and because they didn't, sometimes it doesn't open, other times I can't get it to close, so I have to move the entire dishwasher all over the place until I get it lined up PERFECTLY that it will close, but during the dish washing process, it of course moves all around and back out of place. Sometimes I have to take a butter knife and shove it up under to move the bolt plate out of the way to open/close it properly. It's just a fiasco. And then BECAUSE it moves around so dang much, it's knocked the board that they put up at the end of the cabinets (on the left side of my dishwasher, to rest the counter top on top of) out of place! TOTAL nightmare. In fact, I am starting to have mold AGAIN because (I JUST found out) that this whole time, it was my garbage disposal that was leaking! However, I'm SOOOO traumatized that I'm like, "Naw, let's just keep the moldy cabinets. Spray some mold killer on it. We'll be ok. I am NOT doing that nightmare all over again! Not happening!"

My experience with Cesars Appliance has been an absolute nightmare, filled with incompetence, miscommunication, and complete disregard for customer service. I reached out to Cesars Appliance, assuming they could handle a basic warranty repair for a washer pump on my Speed Queen TC5 (brand new). Instead, what followed was weeks of frustration caused by their unprofessionalism and outright negligence. Timeline of Their Utter Failure: * 1/6: Washer pump failed. Called Cesars to schedule a service visit. * 1/8: Vitaly came out, confirmed it was the washer pump, and told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part. No problem, right? * 1/9: Fred (a clueless call center rep) tells me my warranty has been voided because Cesars submitted a claim stating I had tampered with the unit--which was completely false. I had to escalate to the owner, John, who was almost impossible to reach because they use a call center filled with people who don't understand warranty policies. Weeks of Radio Silence & Lies: For two weeks, I heard nothing. I repeatedly called Cesars, only to get the runaround. John admitted he had no idea what was going on. Meanwhile, my brand-new washer sat broken. I finally contacted Speed Queen directly and found out that Cesars basically tattle-tailed on me, submitting a claim that voided my warranty. I had to beg Speed Queen to escalate the decision and get my warranty reinstated, delaying the process even further. * 1/30: Vitaly finally returned with the parts-- weeks later. Final Thoughts: Cesars Appliance is an unprofessional, disorganized mess that doesn't care about customers. They voided my warranty based on false claims, caused unnecessary delays, and forced me to do their job by fighting to get my warranty approved. Their call center is useless, Fred is incompetent, and the owner, John, is impossible to reach. If you value your sanity, avoid Cesars Appliance at all costs. They have no idea what they're doing, and dealing with them is a massive waste of time.

I was able to get a SUB ZERO fridge, ULINE under counter beverage chiller, Wolf single over, Wolf Microwave, and a Zephyr Hood and save probably over 40 to 50% in the process. Jerry not only was able to save me money on the appliances but recommend a certified installation that did a wonderful job as well. My experience was fantastic and Jerry is a very stand up guy. Been about a year now and appliance are working FANTASTIC. Even been back to buy water filters and air filters for the Sub Zero. Thanks Jerry for doing such a great job for your clients and especially this one!

However, for a high-end appliance store, I expected a much more professional and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The receptionist appeared far more interested in scrolling through social media on her phone than acknowledging or assisting customers. Even a simple greeting or explanation about wait times would have gone a long way. First impressions matter, especially in a luxury retail environment where customer service should be a top priority. I would highly recommend additional training for front desk staff on professionalism, attentiveness, and customer interaction. Edit to add response to the business: To clarify, this visit did take place at the Costa Mesa showroom on Saturday around noon. We were walk-ins and completely understand that scheduled appointments may take priority. My concern was less about availability and more about the lack of acknowledgment and professionalism. I appreciate you taking the time to reply publicly, but I was surprised by the comment regarding not having record of our visit, especially since we were not checking in for an appointment, nor were we asked to leave any information as we were barely acknowledged by your receptionist. My review was simply intended to provide honest feedback about the customer experience we encountered.

Their tech incorrectly installed a replacement part on my oven and damaged our cabinets in the process. When I noticed the damage and texted him, he ghosted me. It took me almost 3 months and countless calls to resolve my claim. They have so many 800 numbers to keep you running from one to the next with no resolution. A kind person at their insurance provider finally took pity on me and paid the claim. Now I've got a freezer issue, and it is the same runaround. They want to send the same tech again...absolutely not! I would never buy their appliances again for this reason alone.
