Fortunately, the Square Grouper Tiki Bar was just a few steps away from where we boarded the boat. We split an order of coconut shrimp with sweet-and-sour sauce, along with a "Chubby Cuban" sandwich (I can relate ). The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the Cuban was well made and satisfying. The fresh-hot fries were crispy and a perfect pairing with a tasty post-dive meal. To complete the recovery process, we washed it all down with a couple of ice-cold bottled beers while soaking up the laid-back waterfront atmosphere and some live music. Friendly service, good food, cold drinks, and an ideal location for divers, anglers, and anyone looking to enjoy a little slice of Jupiter. We could see Hilary perfectly and she could see us too! Knowing the artist can actually see the audience, especially those upfront was huge. There was several times she pointed at us and even mimicked a dance move as I was doing during "Why Not?" - oh, girl I was SHAKING. The music sounded great and there were enough screens for everyone to see her clearly no matter where they were in the crowd. The stage and show itself was not the only thing that made this venue enjoyable. The concessions were abundant and offered variety. We really wanted a tour-exclusive light up cup. Unfortunately, the first stand we went to sold out, but we eventually found them at a different stand just on the other side of the venue.
