I work from home so I was there when the envelope, yes envelope, containing what so far amounts to a $400, sticker was placed into my hand. Am I supposed to add water and the pieced appear before my eyes? Asked postal worker if there were any large packages and he said no. Go back to the comp. click on tracking number provided...DELIVERED. Promptly call this craptastic outfit and after 2 hours of robo-dialing someone finally picks of the phone. Good ol' phonslap said there should have been 2 packages and then puts me on hold to "find out" what happened. Slap gets back on the line and said when we ordered, that parts were out of stock but are now on site and will go out that evening (Thursday). I ask if I can get a tracking number when they are shipped and slap said to call back in the morning, someone will certainly be here at 8am. Call the next day and of course nobody picks up the entire day. They have also not to responded my emails. So, here we are, a week AFTER initial "shipment" of my components and delivery of a very expensive sticker. Still no hard parts or communication from them. Ghosted. If you value your time AND money, go elsewhere.

The low scoring review is largely due to the fact that while installing the parts, I had some questions and they NEVER answered the phone. I called many times over two days during business hours and I left 2 voicemails. No one ever got back to me. I was left to guess and figure it out on my own. SIDE NOTE - IF you run 37" tires on an a 2wd f250, just know you will not be able to get your camber correct without fabrication. All in all this company was local and seemed legit so I gave them a shot but it wasn't the best experience.

I bought new front and back suspension that cost over 15k and I had Camburg do the install. I…read morenoticed about 6 months after the install that one of my rear shocks was hanging an not attached to lower mount. I took it back to Camburg to fix explaining that they were the last to touch the truck and that I hadn't gone off road either. Never in my 35 plus years of driving countless cars did I have a shock not get attached or come lose like that. They told me they couldn't take responsibility and I was on my own. After I expressed my frustration and with their service they agreed to fix it at my expense. I love their parts but their installation service/customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Flat out scary that they make racing trucks.

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but after what happened, I feel obligated to warn other…read moreriders. I brought my Dyna in and spent around $1,000 to prepare it for a long trip. Blessed to not have been severely injured or to have lost my life. The work included new spokes, truing the wheel, based on the recommendation of the manager, Jared replacing the wheel bearings and spacers, which he also worked on. Less than 10 miles after getting the bike home, an oil seal popped loose. When I contacted the shop, the manager's response was essentially: "Just pop it back in." That was my first red flag after paying a premium to have the bike professionally prepped. A few months later, I left for my trip. While riding through Utah, the rear spacer failed, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay another shop to repair work that had supposedly already been done. Unfortunately, it got worse. After returning from a roughly 3,000-mile trip, the front wheel bearing catastrophically failed, seized, and essentially welded itself to the axle. This could have easily cost me my life. The damage from laying the bike down meant replacing my fuel tank, axle, bars, and brakes all because of failures tied to work I had already paid to have done. What disappointed me most was the response. After everything that happened, including the safety risk and repair costs, the manager offered me $100 as compensation. I have receipts and documentation to back up everything I'm saying. To be fair, I've heard positive things from other riders about some of the mechanics here, which makes this even more frustrating. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend having critical safety work handled under this manager's supervision or work itself. The workmanship and customer service I received were deeply disappointing. Bike is still not the same.
