Great store. I arrived 5 minutes before opening time at 8am and they opened the doors a little early at 7:58am allowing me more time to make it to work on time. I was welcomed immediately when I walked in and I was helped by the manager Peter who helped me look for an air filter, cabin air filter, and spark plugs. As soon as I let Peter know what vehicle I need the parts for, he made it really easy and went to the aisle where the filters are and grabbed all the parts for me. There was so many different options to choose from for the spark plugs, but Peter made a good recommendation for me and helped making my shopping experience convenient. I even asked about the rewards program and Peter helped me sign up. Overall, I received great customer service here and it was a good experience. I will be back for future purchases. I came in again for the battery for my key fob and Raymond got my back after I told him my little adventure with the whole key thing, he mentioned they are always in stock at his store and they were, the store had plenty of what I was looking for. Went in and bought some tape to cover up a leak in my coolant reservoir and a gentlemen recommended that I use this epoxy and let me tell you this epoxy works amazingly! This is the best autozone I have ever been to. Last night my battery died and after getting it jumped I drove to this autozone to get a new one. I am a girl in college without family nearby, who also knows nothing about car stuff. When I got there, immediately the employees came to help me out and were so kind, specifically Daniel J ! Daniel was so helpful and replaced my battery for me even though they usually don't do it after a certain time. He took the time to fix it while also talking to me about everything under the sun. When I offered to tip him, he wouldn't take it and just asked that I pass a good deed on. I am so grateful for him, as if he wasn't working I would probably be stranded with no car to drive. I felt it imperative to write this review given that this store has gotten such negative feedback in the past. It appears that the "higher-ups" at Auto Zone listened to customer complaints regarding a previous manager at this store and have cleaned up shop. I too, had multiple experiences with poor customer service at this location over a year ago and vowed never to return. Well, in desperation, this week I found myself having no choice but to go to this store...and let me tell you, I'm so glad I did! There is a new manager in town and she is absolutely AWESOME! Ruth, as well as all of the staff members I dealt with on my 5 (yes, 5!) visits to the store within a 48 hour period have been nothing short of amazing. Seriously. They were very friendly, courteous and eager to help. Never, on any of my 5 (I need to keep saying that for emphasis) visits did I experience anything but TOP NOTCH customer service. It was such an unexpected and welcome change from what had been happening there in the past. No more mean guy behind the counter making me feel like a dumb girl. Ruth, Anthony, Damien and Eddie all went above and beyond to help me find parts for my repair. Don't pay any attention to old reviews for this store. The new manager, along with her amazing crew, have made this place a great place to shop for your automotive needs!! I highly recommend this location and will be returning here whenever there's a DIY repair that can save me a trip (and $$$) to the mechanic shop! read more

Terrible customer service! Had to argue to get refunded for a purchase that was done 1 hour prior. Hung up on while on hold. Just terrible experience all around. Will never spend my money there again regardless of how close this location is. Now on my way to O'Reillys, they were able to communicate like normal human beings and assist us with all our questions!
