Went in person to get some timetable twice. Installation did not start until July 2026. The owner does not know how to manage his vendor doing the fabrication. The son is way over his head. Material and inventory is good, but will not use them again. 5 months is too long to wait for an installation when the slabs were in stock in December.

The issues began in July 2025 when I requested a quote from a saleswoman, Beyza, for 5-7 slabs and 2,000 sq. ft. of hardwood. It took her over a month to simply respond to an inquiry, causing them to lose the flooring portion of my business immediately. Against my better judgment, I moved forward with the slab purchase through a different salesman, Julio. We purchased 5 slabs, yet Julio accidentally charged us for 7, an overcharge of roughly $8,500. What followed was a masterclass in poor customer service: The Refund Delay: Julio dragged his feet for two months on the refund, only for us to find out he no longer worked at the company. Management Failure: I escalated the issue to Sam, the manager. He promised to process the refund immediately. Sam also made additional promises of delivering the slab the following day, but failed to do so. The Current Status: It is now February 2026--seven months after the initial contact and months after the overcharge--and we still have not received our money. Tez Marble has stopped responding and has made no effort to call or explain why they are still holding onto $8,500 of our money. They have been completely radio-silent while essentially "stealing" from a customer. Beautiful stone is not worth the risk of losing thousands of dollars to a company that clearly lacks the internal infrastructure or integrity to handle basic financial transactions. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

I was told I would receive a refund for the price difference. It has now been several months and despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received the refund I am owed. This reflects very poorly on the company's customer service and reliability. While the product selection is good, it is extremely disappointing that Da Vinci Marble has not taken care of a straightforward refund in a timely manner. I hope they address this issue and improve their responsiveness to customers moving forward.

Whence had done out home a while back, we got our marble from then and remembered what a terrific selection they had, plus they came highly recommended from our contractor, and turned to them again for another remodel. We went yesterday before they closed at 5, and they were great at offering a one on one assistance--Anthony came out and walked us through our options, specifically were were looking for tiles for outdoor covered patio, shower floors, and bathroom, as well as kitchen and backsplash. What my husband and I really loved about Anthony was the absolute efficiency, e.g. we'd show him a tile and immediately he'd tell us whether it would work for that application or not. He just knew that information off the top off his head, and didn't make shit up, as we'd encountered in other shops. We're going to end up doing a custom job of ombre with an online software tool from Oceanside. Anthony turned us onto Sicis as well, but there's no online tool I could decipher, so bummer. The prices are on par with other places of this ilk, and parking is easy especially because it's not located in the middle of a city, and street parking we got immediately.

The staff gave us a quote, we gave the square footage and stone pattern, and voila -- order placed! We did check out a few other paver retailers and they were a little more expensive. Some of the shelves don't fit, we had a few that were warped…read more Ask for replacements, they cut out new shelves gave us the wrong ones, then I finally got the correct one, but they had frayed ends, looked like they used a dull blade to cut them. Putting in another shelf, that does not fit, it's too tight, along with holes that don't align for the shelf hardware had another one that looks like it was cut wrong. A drawer is already off its track, probably worse than that one of the medal tracks is stuck and not attached to the drawer. By they way I've only had these in for a for a couple of weeks. Apparently, these are custom order cabinets... I'm worried how long these will last over the years. I would think twice before ordering from them, quality control is lacking.

Despite having to make several revisions to the configurations along the way, he was still very understanding and patient through it all and ultimately was able to accurately portray our vision of the end result by matching my design 1 for 1. He's also very knowledgeable in his expertise as he offered his opinions on my design and was quick to point out any flaws with it. He was also very thoughtful in a sense that he tried to correct my kitchen design to make it as safe as possible knowing that we have a little baby around the house. The quality of the cabinets is top notch superb. No damage during the receiving process. The fitment was outstanding. Our contractor was able to install everything with ease. Everything came out to be a perfect tight fit with no gap or sagging issues. We were very happy to have settled with the European style cabinets as they are a lot more customizable and easily modifiable to fit one's needs. Not to mention they also look much more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes especially with the walnut laminate panels. The sleek flat-faced look really adds to the simplicity and complements the rest of the kitchen theme of keeping it as minimalistic and modern as possible.
