He provided a detailed proposal with a clear breakdown of costs and installment plans based on project milestones--which worked perfectly for us. He also provides invoices upon request. The crew was fantastic. Demolition took just a day and a half, debris removal was done in a day, framing the next, and then concrete work followed--altogether about 4.5 days of solid work. Siale was also very considerate of our concerns, especially around trash day--he made sure the garbage truck could still access the alley, which we really appreciated. For us, communication was the top priority, especially with a project of this size, and Siale exceeded expectations. He regularly checked in, sent updates through videos and photos, and was consistently on-site, ensuring everything was done properly and to a high standard. This companys terms requested 80% ($4K out of a $5K) total job just for framing, leaving only $1000 to be paid at finish. Paying $4K out of $5K before any concrete is delivered or finished leaves buyer with zero leverage for job satifactory. When i explained this to the owner he accused me of disrespecting him and his business. I meant no disrespect but also explained that if he was not willing to follow CSLB and revise his terms, I was going to pass on his quote and go with another bidder that i had previous experience with. All I expect is licensed, honest and law abiding contractors who do whats legal and ethical!

He eventually came and dug up the area (see pictures below), took a $600 deposit, and promised to return the next day to finish the job. Unfortunately, he never showed up. I called and texted multiple times with no response. He later called and said he would come yesterday to finish, but once again, he did not show up. His name is Izzy Ponce At this point, I may have to contact an attorney and take legal action. They were willing to work with my schedule and met me after work and on weekends when needed. After having them pour a beautiful slab for a new hot tub, moving a ton of dirt for me, and doing some hardscape around a pool, they were able to pour an amazing driveway with textured and colored details that make it a standout in my neighborhood. They poured a concrete pad for my pool equipment and then built a beautiful retaining wall that allowed me to raise my fence and increase its functionality and aesthetic. My husband and I called SLS based on their 5 star review. We wanted to make some changes in our…read moreyard, but we weren't sure what we wanted. Paul came out the next day and met with us. He gave us some ideas of what we could do. He didn't try and upsale us on anything. In fact, he suggested some great ideas on how we could work with what we had. We ended up having SLS install a flat stone patio with stairs, pour new concrete on the side of our home, re sod our front and backyard, and fix our sprinkler system. They did an excellent job! They didn't cut corners anywhere. When re sodding our front yard, they even removed weeds in between our cement and all around our palm tree. When their work was finished, they even came back a couple of days later to check on the sod and the patio. They take pride in their work and it shows. During the whole process, Paul was always available to answer any questions we had. SLS was very reasonable with their prices, and there were no hidden costs. Everyone that works for SLS is great. It is a family business. They work hard and their craftmanship is excellent! We are so happy that we decided to go with SLS. He took my above ground pool measurements and installed the sod around the area where the pool would be. The pool is 12×22 and he perfectly laid the sod around that area 14.5 by 23.5 oval. I highly recommend SLS Landscape. Serge really did a wonderful job! Please note that I installed the bender board myself upon Serges recommendation. I also installed the rocks and stepping stones.

They haven't cleaned up all the concrete splatter on the siding. They also got concrete splatter all over my front yard landscaping and damaged a few plants. Luckily the plants will bounce back, but it's still a little frustrating, considering the time and effort I put in to have a curated, native garden that's welcoming for all the pollinators.

They got our project done SO quick and it's beautiful. We had our driveway extended, our side yard paved all the way back to our backyard (for RV parking) and had a new patio/area around the pool put in. About 1,450 square feet total. I reached out to 4 concrete places, and All About Concrete was far and away the best customer service. JJ was here each day they worked on our concrete, and he texted me updates along the way which was so nice! Not only did they exceed our expectations on price, timeliness, and quality, but they also tackled unforseen issues and went above and beyond. They carefully lifted our AC unit to replace the concrete under it to match the rest of our patio; they fixed huge drainage problems and put in/replaced drains along our whole side yard (issues caused by our pool company); they bought materials and worked to run our pool overflow line where it needed to go... I felt all these things were above what a normal concrete contractor would provide!
