I contacted Annandale Lock & Key Service, based on Google and a whim. The person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful, and Chris came to our aid in barely 30 minutes! It turned out that the lock was so old, we just didn't understand the trick to get the key to work. But that point notwithstanding, Chris was INCREDIBLE! He stayed and re-keyed all of our locks and took the time to explain our strange, antique front door lock.
