The copper pipes recently burst in several places in their home causing enough damage to warrant the start of extensive renovations. Parking on a Saturday was easy and ample. The store is clean and has a huge selection of tiles and decor. The significant number of mockup bathrooms and kitchens provided great inspiration. The staff was masked and sanitizer was available. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. Our assigned designer Twila was great and explained the services and products available. Tiles and decor from inexpensive to high end expensive were available. We look forward to our renovations and recommend this location!

In 2019 I bought all of the tile for our kitchen remodel here. The designer was so helpful and she even followed up after the sale to say thank you. Fast forward to March 2024 and I find myself wandering the aisles with another woman looking to see if any employees are even there. When I reach the back of the store I find two employees who couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask if I or the other customer needed help. Two customers in the middle of a weekday afternoon ended up walking out. This one drove straight to Floor and Decor where I spent $600. It's a shame they've gone from being a five star store to where they are now. Will never go back and can no longer recommend.

Had to follow up several times to track a valve that was all of a sudden on back order even though all parts were checked for availability prior to completing order. I was forced to manage the tracking of the missing part as Ferguson showed no interest. During installation my contractor found the valve to be defective and again no follow up without either myself of my contractor reaching out to the Sales Rep. Even after explaining that this defective valve was keeping the shower from being completed no effort was made to expedite the part. As usual, promises were made to forward tracking information as soon as it was available but of course that didn't happen until prompted with an follow up email. I will not use them for my upcoming Kitchen Remodel.

Mr. Townsend is a gentleman and very detailed in his work. In the picture, he installed all of the cabinets, floating shelves, and did some re-routing of an outlet. He also helped with the countertop selection and helped arrange the installation. We had an additional company do the backsplash, TV mounting, and sink/plumbing installation. We are most appreciative for the assistance we received with completion of this long overdue project for our home and we love the space now even more.
