So here I sit waiting for a pizza from the worst Me-n-Eds ever. It pains me to no end that my daughter likes the pizza here but sometimes you just have to be a good dad and get them what they like. If it wasn't bad enough that the pizza here is nowhere near as good as the other locations, they are completely incompetent to boot. I called in the order and they said 40 mins. I show up 40 mins later and they ring me up. Then I hear them say to each other that they forgot to make it. They have not said anything to me about it. It's now 90 mins from the time I ordered and I'm debating if I actually died in a car accident on the way over and this is actually Hell that i'm in. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Oh well. I'll just hold out hope that it burns down in the middle of the night and maybe something decent can rebuild in it's place. read more

It was nice, considering I haven't been in a while. my pizza was very good and my order was correct I didn't wait very long at all and I was a walk in, im impressed with the wait time for a Saturday night, not so impressed with my cashier, he wasnt very welcoming, and the restrooms weren't as clean as I hoped, coming to Exeter I expected a cleaner environment. the dinning room was pretty fine, but did feel a bit uncomfortable in the restroom, a nice boy named Nathaniel? I rarely give bad reviews, even if a place is terrible just so people will know when I do give a poor review, it's because it was really bad. I ordered a small pizza, cheese bread, and soda for lunch today. An hour and a half later I had to call to find out how much longer it would be. The person I talked to said it was just now in the oven and would be out in 5 minutes (Just now in the oven when ordered an hour and a half prior? REALLY!!!) It is now going on over two hours and still have not received my order. I understand busy however it was a lunch order that is now way past lunch. While I've had issues with this location in the past, I will say that they are usually great about fixing any mistake, and they are very honest regarding wait time and delivery delays. They also have some very good deals. The" big deal " is a large three topping, a small order of garlic cheese bread, potato wedges and a two-liter of your choice for $19.99. I always get the thick crust for $2 more but it's so worth it. They actually roll their own dough everyday, unlike other places who use store bought frozen dough. Their ranch is also some of the best you can find anywhere. The salads are always fresh, and never wilted or old. I hear the sandwiches and calzones are pretty great too. If you are lucky enough to get Amanda as your server, then you're all set. She is efficient, friendly, and has it together. I will forever order from here because the pizza and service is great, and you can't beat the price. read more

Quite disappointed with Exeter Me & Ed's tonite no matter how I feel about the pizza, I can always count on a great Antipasto Salad! Tonight was not the case! It was the worst so called salad I have ever come across! My salad didn't even fill up the bowl & my hubby's was even worse & was half the size of mine The salad totally lacked lettuce! It contained most of the normal toppings but just a very small handful of lettuce which I had to cut apart myself! Totally bummed!!! Not only that, but their paper jammed (so they said) & they didn't begin making the pizza until my hubby got there to pick it up then he had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be done! Ordered the lunch special. They do not have ranch dressing at the salad bar. They give you containers of ranch yet have all the other dressings at the salad bar. They brought my mini pizza and my husbands calzone out on paper plates which I feel is tacky. If they're that hard up maybe they shouldn't be in business. read more

I'm normally a big Me N Eds supporter but I can say without a doubt that I will never come to this location again. The service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I placed a take out phone order and was quoted a 30min wait time with seemed rather reasonable for a late order on a Friday night. The problem is when I came in to get my pizza it hadn't even been made yet! The lady behind the counter confessed to me that a large party came in AFTER I had placed my order so mine was never made. I then sat and watched while they made 3 other pizzas before mine, beyond frustrating. I would have felt a little better if I had gotten my ranch for free or even a small discount for having to then wait an addition 20min in the restaurant. What has happened to our local Me-N-Eds Pizzeria? We've been loyal customers for 5 years but after the last two experiences we've got to try somewhere else. It seems the staff and management don't care and it's showing up in their product. On the last visit they had our pizzas in the lower oven and forgot to pop the air bubbles. So the pizzas come out with all of the toppings on one side and dripping off. I'm watching as "Jaylyn" slices it up and I mention "that doesn't look so good". No response, no acknowledgment besides a grunt. I decided to call over the manager just to make a point that I know a piece of _____ when I see it and she's got the same bad attitude. She at least offers to remake the pizzas but who has time to wait another 45 minutes? I hope they can get their act together but in the meantime, we're using the place across the street. read more

I'm a resident from the LA county but since I was traveling up north I decided to check up some pizza nearby, so I found this place because people said it was the best pizza in town. Well as I begin to order my pizza on phone they asked me what would I like as I soon he asked for my name (which is Elizabeth) I had to repeat my name to him 5x and spell it out too. He was very not professional or friendly. Plus one hour and a half to get delivered !! I rather had called pizza hut or something. After i waited i got my pizza the sauce tastes like it just came from a can and they just dumped it on the pizza. Where do I begin?! I've had hit and miss service from this Me n' Ed's in my previous interactions; but, THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait to pickup (2) 1-Topping Pepperoni pizzas. Well....30 minutes turned into me waiting and additional 20-25 minutes inside the store - they hadn't even started the pizza until I paid for it and sat down to wait "an additional 10 minutes.." for my order to finish. After finally waiting 50-60 minutes - there was no apology for the delay or inconvenience - which made it seem like this was "okay". Just when I thought it was all over and done with, I checked my bank account to learn they charged me TWICE!!!! I then called on my way home and spoke to who was in charge and was NEVER once apologized to - I was asked, "Well, did you slide it twice?" - REALLY?!?!?!? "Well, did you change your order from delivery to pick-up?" - NO!!!!! I gave you my card and placed it in your capable hands and thought you could handle charging me $22.79 for (2) Pepperoni Pizzas and (2) Sides of Ranch!!!! I will literally go ANYWHERE else but here! Take care of your customers, apologize to them if YOU mess up, and don't push the blame on your CUSTOMER! **End Rant** P.S. They got 1 star because the pizza was edible. read more

Although I like some of their sandwiches and pizzas, I have not ONCE in the entire time they have been in business called them and not been put on hold! I Give this one star because no stars are an option. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. By the second hour I had talked to the store manage 3 times and was on my 4th phone call who was with the district manager. I expressed my unhappiness and received no real answer.
