So we ordered a large garlic cheese bread, a large pepperoni and a Medium three topping veggie pizza. Also we ordered some drinks. The pizza didn't take that long to arrive to our table. It was really good. It was crunchy and with lots of cheese. Yum! They did a great job on making it perfect and in decent time. We all got full and we were ready to head back to Fresno. I ordered a Caesar salad for 15 dollars, and they gave me a plate, told me to go to the salad bar. I looked at the handful of salad in the bowl and the sad few toppings they had, nothing resembling what would normal go into a Caesar salad including Caesar dressing. Waited 45 minutes for a personal sized pizza and 6 wings? Had to confront my staff just to get the order on my table. Yeah, there are definitely some screws loose with the staff. Ambiance is active, yet a bit chaotic. Mostly everyone is having order issues or bringing their orders back because something is missing. Lawd have mercy LOL. Staff are friendly, but I had to repeat my order about 3x for the young gentleman at the register. By the third time, I was genuinely concerned. I observed a lack of attention to detail which may throw red flags up for customers. Now for the pizza, I expected it to be damn good after waiting extra long. The verdict is that, the boneless wings were delicious and flavorful! The pizza was disgusting and not cooked thoroughly. I could taste the uncooked dough. I had to take it back, and I am grateful that the manager gave me a full refund. This establishment and its staff need an operations training. I went to this Me-N-Ed's this past Sunday around 12 pm, and sadly, it confirmed what I've been noticing for years -- this place has gone steadily downhill. I actually enjoy their pizza, but it's getting harder and harder to come here because the overall cleanliness has become a serious issue. The dining area was noticeably dirty. The windows were smudged with fingerprints, the cheese and pepper shakers on the tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a long time, and the floors seemed like they hadn't been mopped at all throughout the day. When we ordered soda, they were out of three different flavors. While we were sitting there, I watched several employees walk past overflowing trash without doing anything about it. I didn't even bother taking pictures of the men's restroom floor or the condition of one of the toilets, but I did take photos showing they were out of paper towels and toilet seat covers. If this is what guests can see, I can only imagine what the back area or kitchen looks like. What makes it even more frustrating is the comparison to other local places. Round Table in Oakhurst just remodeled and is spotless. Their staff is constantly wiping down tables, windows, doors, and counters. Pizza Factory has the same level of care and cleanliness. Meanwhile, this Me-N-Ed's feels neglected and honestly pretty gross. I don't know if it's a franchise issue or the owner, but there is zero pride of ownership here. After seven years of living up here and watching this location decline, it's very disappointing. I'm honestly surprised this place is still open. read more

Highly recommended! If you want some delicious pizza with ice cold beer this is the place to go. The crust on the pizza was perfect. Crisp and not greasy at all. Toppings tasted fresh, and everything was well seasoned. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got to try a new mango habanero ranch, which is highly recommended. My wife and I live in the area and we used to come here once a week, just before Covid, the food for the worse , we tried several times and every time our pizza was burnt all day did not taste right, it appears they have new owners if we try again today and the food is amazing. Horrible experience! Spent the day at Yosemite and we decided to stop for pizza on our way back to Fresno. Unfortunately we stumbled up this place. Wasn't too busy do we decided to give it a try. Placed our order and waited only to be told they mistakenly gave our pizza to one of the other 3 tables of guests by mistake. I could be a little more understanding if they were busy but they weren't busy at all. Wasted 30 minutes only to be told is was going to be another 20 minutes only. We cancelled our order and left. Came in for the first time as my family and I were heading to Bass Lake and this pizzeria did not disappoint! Bobbie and Bridgette were the absolute best! Not only were they super kind they were informative and helpful. They knew the menu inside out and made delicious recommendations. I appreciate their patience as we figured out what to order. The restaurant has a wide open floor plan. It's spacious and has booths & table seating options. There are also a couple of arcade machines in the back to pass the time as we wait. The cauliflower crust was a little underdone, but my main gripe was the price. I know options are limited in a small town and often therein lies the premium you pay. Well we called ahead and the manager answered the phone. We ordered pizzas and were told 30 minute for pickup. the manager answering the phone was having a hard time getting the order correct. We had to repeat the order numerous times and he still had a hard time understanding. Pretty good pizza, the online ordering was a little wonky, but eventually we figured it out. The garlic cheese pull apart and the cinnamon pull apart were awesome, we also ordered a thick crust pepperoni and sausage pizza and a small pan cheese pizza for 6 yr olds. Everyone seemed happy, and the order of large sized ranch was no joke a straight up 16oz container! They gave a good sized stack of paper plates and napkins also.
