The most upsetting part of the evening was that our children were already tired and hungry from the long wait, and the overall atmosphere became increasingly uncomfortable. Nearby diners began making negative comments about our children, which left everyone feeling upset and unwelcome. After waiting so long and having such a poor experience, we were surprised that we were still charged for food that was largely left uneaten. I understand that restaurants can have difficult nights, staffing shortages, or unexpected issues. It was clear that the staff were going through a hard time. However, between the lack of service, long wait, unavailable menu items, disappointing food, and uncomfortable atmosphere, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences our family has had in a long time.
