I called ME Spa out of the blue and spoke to Shelby and she was fantastic! Not only was she extremely kind and understanding but she got me into an esthetician that very same day. My esthetician was Kelly and I can honestly say she is the best that I have ever seen and I've seen hundreds of estheticians over the years. She is truly a miracle worker. I was worried since I have a beard if it was going to be a big mistake, but Morgan knew what she was doing and even recommended a skin care routine with specific products to help with acne. When I tell you Robin at Me spa is an angel this is an understatement! I went in for an 80 minute signature Swedish massage which includes scalp massage, acupressure for your face and an incredible warm coconut oil on your feet. Robin gives you options for aroma therapy at the start of your massage and you breathe in and just let the stress soak away. Robin checks on your for bed comfort, heat comfort, and pressure comfort during your treatment. Robin will also ask you if you have any problems you would like addressed or places on the body to stay away from. My stress is held in my neck and shoulders, and Robin could definitely tell, she spent extra time and effort to remove those lumps and bumps that have been giving me so much pain. I can honestly tell you I feel mentally and physically better after my treatment with Robin. Me spa does an incredible job of offering amazing services, and paying extra attention to detail with robes, shoes and anything you may need to enjoy your treatment. I 100% recommend Robin and will definitely be back as soon as possible. read more

It's actually hard to find the right words to describe the pedicure experience. It felt almost spiritual. Naomi has an absolute gift. Got my husband a couples massage for his birthday! Such a clean and welcoming environment. Unfortunately the rooms were small so we got our massages separately. They provide robes, safe lockers, and a lounge area where you can relax and get warm water for your feet. I prefer cold water and they were able to accommodate that. I highly recommend against buying into the monthly membership program. They did not provide me with any written confirmation of their policies - which were only on an iPad for me to sign. The staff member was shady when verbally describing the program- telling me that if I didn't use the benefit in a given month, it would rollover for me to use it later, omitting to mention that it will expire after a couple of months. They also said I could cancel at any time, but it took no less than 2 phone calls and completing multiple forms online to cancel because it must be done with the corporate office, and the storefront was of no assistance. They have an online app, but It doesn't keep track your unused benefits. I lost money on this program because I was not able to use all of the benefits I paid in advance for. Furthermore, their cancellation policy does not have any accommodations for illness, which essentially encourages customers to come in for appointments even if they are ill. I called today almost 7 hours ahead of my massage appointment time to inform that I was very sick and it was probably not fair to their staff or other customers if I come in, and asked what the policy was for cancellation. They said they would charge my credit card 50%, In addition to the fact that my spa benefit that I was going to use expires tomorrow. I had to call and talk to a manager to insist that they don't charge even more money to my credit card- given that they should simply apply the pre-paid benefit that expires tomorrow. Buyer beware. Although this place provides decent spa services (which is a great thing to have here in Simi) their business practices and customer service was abysmal in my opinion. read more
