We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

We never had to negotiate with them or reach out multiple times to get anything fixed. Lastly, as a renter I appreciated receiving my deposit back (minus cleaning fees, which were very fair). Myself and other tenants have moved strictly because of this company and how awful they are with privacy, communication and unlawfully keeping your money without any proof or receipts (AB2801). Notice how their good reviews only come from landlords because they do not give a shit about tenants AT ALL.

I still have the document stating how much is owed on my security deposit, and even called today to see if there has been any update on this. And of course there hasn't been any progress. They're very unprofessional, and I would advise against doing any business with them.
