Customer service by the staff was friendly and professional and sat us on this beautiful table that appeared to be of glossed over redwood which fit with what I would imagine a brewery in Sonora feeling like. I never felt out of place and I didn't go home hungry. During the wait we did not get an update or any notice from the one or two staff members. When the food eventually came out it was still missing things. When we placed the order we asked for marinara and ranch. Neither came out with the pizza and we had to ask 4 times before it was finally brought to our table. Not to mention, we only asked for 1 marinara and they brought 2 that were half full and charged us for 2.... Some of the pizza options were fun and creative but the service and speed was a huge letdown.
