Then on my trip home my storage box fell off my bike on the freeway, so I went directly back to the shop, they immediately got defensive and tried to blame me or my installer. When I asked for the owner it was deflected claiming he lives out of state. They took no responsibility. I would have at least taken an apology or sorry for putting you and or the public in danger. Lastly, I originally had my two tires replaced, very costly compared to other spots, but testing out the bike, it is shotty work. It doesn't feel balanced and feels shaky and slick. Im gonna have to take it somewhere else to get it looked at cause I definitely dont trust these mechanics. The shop seems okay, this is strictly about the mechanics and the work they've done. Another odd thing that really stuck out to me was how exact the timing was on the finished work, 1 1/2 hours... and I mean exactly. Long story short, the bike originally had two designated brake lights, and the aftermarket setup has three. After I finished the install, the new light wasn't functioning properly. Turns out the bike needed a BCM flash to recognize and accommodate that third brake light. I called Oakland Harley and they were able to squeeze me in the following day. They actually offered to get me in the same day, but I was tied up. Jaden helped me out through the whole process and everything went smoothly. I was in and out in no time.
