I confronted Markos about the discrepency and he attemped to justify the charge, but was unwilling to honor the original quote, and then proceded to tell me that I had authorized some other things what were news to me, convincing me that he was prepared to lie about any other questions I might have. One of the suprises was flushing the gas tank, which I probably would have agreed to, if I'd known about it, but they gave me the bike with not enough gas to get the gauge off of "Empty". Aside from that, the quality of work done seems to be OK so far, and it only took 5-1/2 weeks. So my final recommendation is that if you can't find somewhere else to take your bike, be prepared to be lied to, and get a quote in writing.
