This was a listing for a scooter. As you can see, there are a ton of bikes unrelated. This is deception.

These guys use a very deceptive marketing technique on Craigslist. They flood their ads with every conceivable brand and model. So when you try to set up a CL alert for a specific bike (the whole idea behind setting up an alert) every bike they list gets sent to your email. It's really irritating to get flooded with 2 or 3 emails a day from these guys, thinking the bike you're looking for may have come on the market. I've asked them to stop and just market legitimately, but it's fallen on deaf ears. My experience tells me if they market deceptively, they likely do other things deceptively. Don't buy from these guys.

Have now bought 2 bikes from Mike & Ben, can't recommend them enough. Fair & honest prices, quick to respond to questions, no hassle. Thanks for the help, bike is incredible.

Bought a Yamaha V-Star 650! 10/10 would recommend MotoJava. Owners MotoMike and Lucy are the very best in the business.

MotoMike and Lucy are the very best in the business. I am glad I get to start my journey into motorcycling with them because I know that they're good for their word, are friendly and super knowledgeable. All bikes in their shop are top quality and MotoMike spends 10s of minutes understanding your experience and preference before recommending you any bike. You will gain a wealth of knowledge and confidence by just talking to them. Thanks MotoMike and Lucy for selling me an amazing first bike! (Purchased a Yamaha V-Star 650)

Here's what stood out though: instead of feeling like it was time to dip out after the test ride, I ended up staying there for several hours just talking. Not because anyone was trying to "sell" me something the moment I walked through the door, but because they were genuinely great to talk to. I mostly worked with Josh and also spoke with the manager (super chill and easygoing) and a couple of other employees. At no point did I get the sense of "this is what YOU need." Instead, it felt more like, "Here are some options, let's talk bikes," with a few jokes thrown in along the way. In the end, I went with a different bike that they didn't sell. But the experience still left me wanting to support this shop any way I can. They have plenty of bikes that a great for most riders in the city, a knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing. Thanks to Joshua for the knowledge, help, and great conversation.

They explain things in a way that makes sense, keep you in the loop, and never make you feel like you are being upsold or brushed off. That kind of customer service sticks with you, and it is the reason we would not think twice about recommending them.

The service was efficient, communication was good, and I was willing to pay dealership prices because I believed I was receiving premium service. Unfortunately, I have now had two disappointing experiences in consecutive months, and I have decided that I will not be returning to Porsche San Francisco for future service. The first occurred in May 2026 and involved my vehicle's annual service. Everything initially appeared to go well, but only a few days later I had to return to the dealership because the engine oil level was low. Since the primary purpose of the visit was an oil service, this should not have happened. My second experience occurred in June 2026. Less than a month after Porsche San Francisco had represented that it had completed a full inspection of my vehicle, multiple fault messages appeared while I was driving. While I understand that not every issue can be anticipated during an inspection, I was very disappointed with how the subsequent repair was handled. Although I had scheduled a service appointment, it took several days before anyone worked on my vehicle. Once the problem was diagnosed, it took additional days for the necessary parts to arrive and then several more days for the repair to be completed. Throughout the process, communication was poor. I repeatedly had the impression that little or no progress was being made until I contacted the dealership to request an update. In total, I was without my vehicle for approximately one week. During that time, I was not offered a loaner vehicle or any assistance in obtaining a rental car, despite the extended repair period. Based on these two recent experiences, I can no longer recommend Porsche San Francisco's service department. The level of workmanship, communication, and customer service no longer reflects the premium experience that I had come to expect from the dealership.

Nini at the front desk was absolutely perfect for the job imo: compassionate, reassuring, and exactly what a first-timer needs before throwing a leg over a bike for the first time for real. Freddie and Henry were great too, really easy dudes to talk to and very helpful with sharing tips and other pointers for me. I'll be honest, I dropped the bike an equal number of times on both sides over the weekend, all at zero mph (embarassing af). Symmetrically bruised ego, perfectly balanced. Returning it felt intimidating, but the whole team handled it with zero judgment and genuine professionalism. I didn't try to hide anything and they made the whole process painless, albeit with some monetary penalties caused by my inexperience (I own up to this though). The environment this shop creates for nervous beginners like me is genuinely rare, and it made me feel supported and motivated to come back and do better next time.
