Love love love the yummy treats here!! Seriously, I absolutely loved everything about my visit here at Mecatos Bakery! It started with a very very helpful and friendly lady that helped me through the ordering process. I had lots of questions and asked for a whole buncha stuff, and this lady handled it perfectly with a smile and hospitality. And it wasn't just her. As I watched the staff interact with other guests, the same great service was happening consistently! But the star of the show was most certainly the DELICIOUS FOOD! There were a few things I tried that I thought were 'okay,' but that was the minority for sure! The majority of the pastries I had were SO awesome! Such flavor and baked with love. I wish there was one of these bakeries back home, because I'm already wanting another visit ready!

I was looking for a bakery like Porto's in LA. Something local, franchise and non-basic. So we found this little gem, a Colombian bakery. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. I never been to a Colombian anything, so I guess this is my experience. I loved the decor, it was a balance of modern cafe vibes with IG moments. While still maintaining its quaintness. Everything was really good and filling. To get a sample of everything, we got the #9, the highlight was the pandebono, it reminded me of butter mochi! The chicken empanada were good, the beef was a bit dry. I also go the ham n cheese, the bread was kinda hard for my taste. It was like hot pocket. Overall, I wouldn't mind checking it out again! My buddy got a variety of desserts and enjoyed a good chunk.

I like Mecatos and have seen them grow from the one tiny little store to this very good franchise. There's no competition for this bakery. As usual, I enjoy my latte with a pan de bono and a tequeño.

This particular Mecatos Bakery & Cafe is located on Kirkman and serves the Metrowest community. Mecatos Bakery & Cafe is a small chain with I believe nine locations around the Orlabdo, Florida area. The service here was friendly and and the ambiance was pleasant enough. I can see that parking could be a challenge if it was a busy rush, but when I was there, it was not too bad. I enjoyed the coffee and the baked goods here. All in all, I had a very good experience here and I would definitely recommend this particular Mecatos Bakery & Cafe location. I will give this particular location of Mecatos Bakery & Cafe five stars overall.

    Nice ambiance; open and airy

First time here while visiting a nearby Physician. Nice welcome by Krhistiemily advising me on the menu and coffee. Good espresso coffee (add extra shots because it's Americano style). The Cachapa was huge and delicious; could not finish it and brought it home! Clean and airy ambiance. These young ladies make you feel welcome. Thanks!

I've visited this place three times now--twice through the drive-thru--and each time has been a great experience. While I haven't had the chance to dine in yet, the staff is always so kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious! The bread is incredibly fresh, and the treats are full of flavor. I picked up some of their guava and cheese bread to bring to a friend who just had a baby (because you can't show up empty-handed!), and she loved it--said it was her favorite. I'm excited to try more from their menu. They specialize in Colombian food, baked goods, and sweets--all fresh and made with care. The place is clean, the vibe is warm, and the staff is not only welcoming but also lovely.

This is the place to satisfy my Colombian cravings. From the buñuelos to the pan de bono, everything is delicious.

This place is a cute little Cafe style bakery where one can get lunch or sweet bakery desserts. Went here for the first time with some friends and had a hard time deciding what to get. Thought pricing was a little high compared to what you get. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The sauces were quite delicious and definitely enhanced what I bought. I went with the choice of 4 different breads lunch special and chose 2 of the cheese bread balls and 2 empanadas. They were all good, but nothing spectacular. It was a lot of bread and fried food, so I was totally in a food coma afterwards. It was a fun time with friends and I may come here again.

First Time here @ Mecatos so was going in blind! The service is amazing here Isabella was fantastic! She was warm and helpful and guided us in what to get. I will definitely be coming back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! the baked goods are fresh and super tasty. The customer service reps are very helpful and speak English and Spanish, and there is a damn robot that brings your order to you. What's not to love?! They have an extensive selection of pastries, as well as meat filled croissants, empanadas, and arepas. The inside is a cross between a bakery, Internet cafe, and restaurant. With enough seating for just you and a laptop, you and a date, or large seating areas with couches for you and friends. They also have a drive through which is a major plus to me as I sometimes visit once in the morning to work, and once in the afternoon on my way home. Do yourself a favor and make a visit, you won't regret it!

Mecatos had been popping up in different locations all over town and I am so glad we finally have our own in Metro West! The place is set up with cute, insta worthy seating areas and cozy couples booths along the windows. If you want a strong cup of coffee, this is certainly the place to get it. They also have plenty of food options. Love the empanadas! Beef is my fave, but the chicken is also really good. Buñueos are so crunchy on the outside and soft of the inside. Next on my list will be their beautiful pastries! Can't wait to give those a try as well. I'm sure it will be just as good as everything else.

I like that this place serves breakfast all day. The Napoleon was good and their coffee is great. The Tres leches cake was not traditional but tasted okay, a little too rich for me, too much caramel. The staff was nice and friendly, I like their outside seating especially at night.

This time, I ordered the matcha coconut water, and unfortunately, it was a miss for me. At around $8, I expected to enjoy it more, but I ended up not finishing it. CFS Coffee has an all day breakfast menu so it was an easy choice to drop in. When we got there, it was between breakfast and lunch so it wasn't too busy. My coffee came first and was presented in a beautiful blue cup and saucer. The Dirty Chai Latte is made of chai latte and espresso. It was delicious. My only complaint is that I wanted more. The serving size was definitely not enough and actually is inadequate especially for the price. Next came the food. We each had the Prime Steak and Eggs and shared the Power Protein Pancakes. The food was ok. We couldn't eat all and took the rest to go. The staff was ok. The restaurant was clean. They have an affirmation wall that I loved. My Mom did purchase a Bourbon Bread Pudding on the way out. I did have a sample of it later on in the day and it was delicious.

You place your order at the counter and they bring it to your table once ready. The service was good except for the coffee which arrived pretty late, long after we had eaten our breakfast, as the barista arrived late. This is considering we were there during peak breakfast hours between 8-9 AM. The delay is acceptable but it's something the lady at the counter could have set an expectation for as the orders were backed up, but regardless, the overall service was okay-ish. We had the veggie breakfast sandwich, the bacon-egg-and-cheese breakfast croissant sandwich, a medium mocha cappuccino, a medium cafe con leche as well as an order of pan de bono to go. The sandwiches were served pretty promptly and the portion sizes were pretty decent. The lady forgot our to go order for the pan de bono till we asked while waiting for our coffee. However, since the coffee arrived super late, we decided to have the pan de bono at the café instead of taking it to go simply to pass the time. Coffee was decent too but nothing exceptional. Overall, the place is okay but kinda pricey for the food and the service they provide. We paid upwards of $50 (including tip) for two breakfast sandwiches, two tiny breads and two medium sized coffees. May not be a viable option as a regular breakfast place for most people in this economy.
