I paid for a retainer I never received, and the instruction's they give post surgery are terrible. I felt like I was just another number in his office and on follow up visits his staff was rather rough taking out my stitches and based on his Blaise attitude when I had my follow ups I could not tell if the procedure went well or not. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Dr Mark looked out for my best interest knowing I could not take epinephrine due to my heart. He called tonight to check in on me to be sure I was feeling alright and said if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to the office anytime. I wish he did regular dentist work as I would go back in a heart beat! At least I know if I need anything done that my regular dentist cannot do, I will be sure to go back to Dr Mark. I recently had my first visit at Paragon Dentistry, specifically with Dr. Jason Hui, for a routine cleaning, and I'm very happy that I went to them. The hygienist, whose name I believe was Kathleen, was outstanding, and I made a point to make sure she'd be the one cleaning my teeth when I go back in six months. I didn't spend as much time with Dr. Hui because there was no need to, but he did a great job of explaining the examination and X-ray results and what I can expect on future visits. We said she was going to get a Maryland bridge as she was missing teeth on the bottom. Dr. Ornstein said "what"? Why would you get a bridge if you can get an implant. Wow, after all she did for my daughter, her smile is amazing. She just went o a dentist in downtown Dallas who showed her the implant X-ray.
