I'm not too into the ones that taste artificial, but gladly this latte's cream top did not taste artificial at all! It was creamy and smooth, and Ioved the addition of the biscoff crumbles. The lavender soft serve was also great-- it tasted like the honey lavender flavor from Sorry Not Sorry Creamery. My mom said the ceremonial grade matcha level 1 latte was on the lighter side, so she might try the level 2 or 3 next time. Wait wasn't too long even though it was packed inside. We used the self service kiosk and it's easy to search through the menu. It was a plus that it also had pictures and descriptions. A little bit about the menu. They have different levels of matcha. She started at level 2. I would've done level 3 probably. Unsure where the pudding is supposed to be as it was a normal cream/foam top. The matcha latte itself also has a good flavor. Pretty smooth and not grassy at all. It's also not sweet, so the ube cream top definitely helps add some sweetness/flavor. They have a robust seasonal menu, such as ube, black sesame, tiramisu, etc. Unfortunately, they're out of half of their menu items way too frequently. For instance, on this visit, they were out of the tiramisu syrup, despite it being their June/summer special. They were also out of all level 2 and 3 matcha items.
