If it's not, you can still come and try things that aren't match related.I've been here a few times now and absolutely love the items they have to offer, particularly the desserts. My favorite is the matcha parfait that is layered with ice cream (you can choose between matcha, vanilla, or a swirl of the two), red beans, whip cream, and a host of other ingredients. It's flavorful and not heavy at all. My daughter enjoys the vanilla ice cream they have (the kid's size). Their matcha is potent and it's the real deal-- definitely doesn't taste like the sugar matcha mixture a lot of coffee shops have. (Ew btw, kind of judging you if you drink those) Anyway, there are a couple of things that bump this down to 4 from a 5 star review. First, the interior feels a bit cluttered. There's an effort of intentionality but it still feels like too much is going on. Second, I really hate the pricing. Everything here is EXTREMELY overpriced. I ordered a L2 oat honey latte with a pump of vanilla and this drink came out to $10! Like whhhaattt. I've been here a few times and every-time I'm shocked. Honestly this would be more enjoyable to drink if it wasn't heavily overpriced. If you make your own matcha at home you know that their profit margin here has to be insane. I saw that this place has different levels of matcha. The only time I've seen that offered was in Japan so I was pretty excited to try it. They have 3 different levels of matcha you can pick from depending on how strong you want it..which I thought was pretty interesting and helpful. Second time coming here. A big fan of their strawberry match lattes. I've gotten less sweet both times and it still ends up being pretty sweet, but not enough to bother me. We also tried the sakura latte less sweet but that one was way too sugary for our liking (don't know if they just forgot to make it less sweet?) that the matcha flavor was kind of lost. Would definitely have to try it again to see if ours just ended up being a mistake because I'm sure it would be soo good if the sweetness was toned down more. I opted for the Level 1 Matcha with almond milk. Once I submit my order the drink took just a few minutes to prepare. The staff behind the counter were friendly and engaging during the process of making the drink. they asked if I was familiar with matcha and how I learned about this place. So happy that I found this place! There's not too many matcha places around me especially one that has different matcha levels. It was perfect for me, because I love and hate matcha. With that being said, the level one matcha latte was perfect! I do wish they added more shots of strawberry as i barely tasted it. It tasted watered down. As for the other matcha ice creams, they were delicious to my friends who ordered it. We all agreed that we would come back as well!
