Yet what I really appreciate most is authentic business, where my ass is not being kissed, I'm not receiving fake smiles and no one's pretending to be excited when they're not. I really liked this guys attitude. Don't know if he's the owner or what. I personally don't trust anyone who's smiling really big like they're truly happy to see me walk into their repair shop hauling in leaf spring packs on a Friday, and never having met me before. I wish more business owners and employees would be authentic people, and just say it how it is, be who they are, be in whatever mood they're in and don't front. Sadly that's not what naive consumers want- the ones who know nothing about how to fix their own cars while also running a shop. (Most everyone I assume). People complain all the time about real attitudes, but if they want fake ones, they should expect fake business. Which is what 99.9% of what we gets in shops... I'm paying these sweet smiling faces thousands to break my autos. It happens every time- I travel a lot. I go back to say the repair went poorly, and they smile really big, saying it did not. That everything is great or something else is wrong. Then I go home pissed as hell at myself for even going back, because if it's bad the first time, it's only getting worse if you go back. (Never go back). I then dust off and drag out my floor Jack and stands with my crippled disabled ass body that can barely turn a wrench most days, And I get to pull off all the mountains of parts they broke and yank out $350 new Delphi fuel pumps they put in, to find it's full of mud as I'd suspected, and never would have known unless I could remove my entire fuel tank out on the side of the not-level-street to pull it out myself to confirm my suspicions. Then I get to see the frame damage from them over tightening things, missing the bullseye with their hammers and wacking huge dents into my now altered rusting frame. I get to see my $100 fuel filler hose was cut down the side- and too far down, as well- because they removed it the fast lazy way. (Because I'll never see it... yeah). I get to go buy all new parts myself, and then I get to reinstall them myself, using my real torque wrench with my real torque specs and real brain, and I get to think about how all these fancy shops with free cold water bottles and new leather sofas and their smiling faces gaining 5 stars on Yelp! are so good at being fake and getting away with it, because they know the game and they know that you don't know shit. How you don't know that they strategize dishonest ways to get Yelp! to take my honest reviews down. I don't want fake repair work done on my truck anymore, so seriously thanks for being one of those rare authentic humans, and who's behind the counter while under the car too. End review rant. Excited to finally find a real authentic human in an auto repair shop. For real, thank you.

Good Afternoon, I recently took my car to Dallas Sunroof Auto&Trim to repair my sunroof and I was…read moredispleased. I spoke to a guy over the phone the day before to inform him what was possibly the problem and he recommend to me to bring my car to the shop so he could perform a diagnostic test to find the problem. The diagnostic was complete assumingly and my husband left this shop with charge of $250 with No actual repair besides closing the sunroof and unplugging a cord that was connected to my power button to control the sunroof. Now, I will need to get another diagnostic test with details and additional fees to repair the sunroof. Thank you for the little service that was given and I will NEVER return to this place. For future customers make sure you are careful with your car and look out for their underhanded prices. #HaveAGoodDay

Ok, So I was recommended this shop by Steve Crowley Services who does custom vehicle restorations…read more(mostly old Mercedes and Jaguars ) for the last 30 or 40 years on Grissom St. close to Royal Ln. I had originally ended up over off of Merrill St. at 2521 Ste 101 but thankfully they kept answering their phone and even though it was close to 5 PM they got me over to their new location that they've been at for quite a while now on Indian Trail off of Royal Ln. Gated facility they buzzed me through, I parked my daughters car which is a 2003 Mercedes C230K And the young gentleman (I'm in my 60s so everyone's young to me), Greeted me with enthusiasm and informed me that it would be $150 check out fee and that if I needed to bring it back that they would apply that into the overall repair cost. Well within less than an hour they had the sunroof working recalibrated and good-to-go for about 1/2 of what the dealer (who couldn't schedule me in until the next week anyways) quoted me. They cleaned up the tracks and greased up everything and showed me how well it worked and although my wallet took a hit I'm just glad to have gotten it fixed for my daughter [finally]. Maybe because it's a Mercedes (although 20 years old) everybody thinks you've got too much money to spend? I don't know but I'm just happy that it was done and hopefully it will last for a while. I'm very happy I found the service and it was a wreck on mend it to me by Steve Crowley Services.

I was already sold on the idea of getting upgraded lighting in less than an hour! I certainly didn't ask for a discount, but I appreciated the gesture of an employee discount, so I sat down and took a seat in the lobby while they worked. Shortly thereafter, Pedro comes from the back of the shop, asks me to come to the back where he informs me that he cannot install brighter lights anywhere in the interior of my vehicle as he had stated he would be able to. He said that any lights that he would put in the inside would be no brighter than what was already installed, so I naturally agreed to leave the interior lights as they were. At this point, I felt the need to begin asking more questions about the headlights as I didn't want any similar issues with the headlamps to arise. I asked Pedro about brands, LEDs, etc. He stated that he could not install LEDs in my vehicle, but that he used Sylvania bulbs that were top of the line HIDs. I took him at his word and went back up front to the waiting area. As I waited, I began to have a feeling that Pedro may not have known nearly as much about lighting as he had led me to believe because I had not noticed one single Sylvania box anywhere in the store. I quickly did a crash course on headlamps using Google and found out almost immediately who the top manufacturers were - OSRAM, Morimoto, and Phillips seemed to be the consensus. At that point, I made a point to return to the back of the store and kindly request that Pedro save the headlamp bulbs that were originally on my vehicle as I wanted to keep them. Pedro agreed to do this. Upon removing the bulbs a while later, I learned that the previous owner of my vehicle had already upgraded the headlamp bulbs to a well-regarded version of the OSRAM Xenarc 4300k HID bulb. I immediately asked him about the OSRAMs and informed him that I had just seen online that apparently the OSRAMs were a good bulb. Pedro agreed that OSRAMs were good, but that his lights were much brighter and that it was a 6000k light as well, so there would be no comparison whatsoever once I saw the difference at night time. It was then that I really began to feel uneasy about the entire thing at that point, as first off, he was unable to improve the interior lighting as he had stated over and over again that he could. Second, he states that he uses Sylvania when in actuality of the wall of bulbs in the store, not one product was a Sylvania product. And, third, he downplays the OSRAM Xenarc 4300 that was in my vehicle as a headlight that his lights would blow away "especially with them being 6000k". Long story short, I get the lamps home, and as soon as night falls, I see that the lamps that Pedro sold me were not even as bright as the OSRAMs that were already on the vehicle. In fact, the brand new lights from Pedro were significantly dimmer. The only change was that the replacement lights seemed softer, and appeared to have a bluish-green tint. After subsequent research, I found that a 6000k bulb does not necessarily produce more light either; it merely produces more heat in terms of Kelvins. Luckily, I had kept the OSRAMs that were originally in the vehicle, whereas I can at least switch back to them until I can find a legitimate replacement. Naturally, upon contacting Pedro about the entire ordeal, he stated that "although his bulbs were superior to the OSRAM, he would accept the "superior" lights back for an additional $100 to upgrade to Lucas Lighting LED lamps" ...yet, another obscure product that you would not recommend to your worst ****** enemy. Excuse the length of this review, but it was necessary to paint an accurate picture as to what went on at this place. Basically, if you are in the market for inferior, knock-off products mass-produced in China that will be installed by day laborers posing as automotive industry professionals, then stop by PRIME LEDs. If you prefer value for your buck, keep driving past this poor excuse for an automotive installer.

I stopped by the store and I was absolutely delighted to see a CLEAN store and marvelously built display booth. He immediately recognized my truck from the photos that I had sent and got right to work on a quote. The price was affordable and they had a same day appointment available....I waited for less than an hour...wow!!
