A six month free maintenance service, with only 3,000 additional miles, was done with a report of needing new rear breaks in the very near future. When I complained to my salesperson and service advisor that it should have been corrected before the sale, miraculously, at the 12 month inspection, the brakes were fine, but I did get about 800$ worth of suggested maintenance which I didn't do. This is our 3rd Lexus, and I wonder if the Certified Resale is legit and if proper maintenance is done before the sale.
