I lay down and basically the student put on the perm solution too early or did it poorly, no worries the instructor comes in and fixes it because they don't want to overprocess my lashes they don't leave it on that long that's fine. The student proceeds to do a poor hand massage and poor neck massage, that's fine, again learning. She then takes forever to clean up my eyes why because she applied the dye very poorly which required so much clean up that when I got up I still looked like a raccoon, that's fine, learning. I get up, my lashes didn't even curve. Not even a little bit. I'm upset obviously because I just spent 1.5 hours on this table to look EXACTLY THE SAME. The instructor comes in too explain what happened and again I get it but you didn't give me this explanation before I laid down? No disclaimers no nothing. I've been coming here for a few years now for laser treatments and I can't recommend it enough. However, everyone is always super nice and laser treatments are dirt-cheap because it's a school so I can't complain much. To be transparent, the reason laser treatments are cheap is because you might have a student or 2 in your session and depending on how far along they are in the program, they might be the one doing your program - but it's always with the assistance and the direction of the teacher. PLUS, I end up getting a treatment with just one of the teachers and no students in the room half the time. Their new location off West Gate is bigger, still very clean and inviting. They also have coffee, teas and water for guests.

Well I have curly hair and it needs to be sectioned or parted to blow dry straight then flat iron. I went again to the teacher. She never came over to help or instruct the student. If they do not do certain types of hair or if they do not take suggestions than they should tell the customer upfront. They won't and do not do all types of hair and won't help the students.
