At 8:30 this pharmacy called me and asked me when I'd like to pick up my script! I was sure there would be a wait, so I called to check and the person I spoke with told me it was ready and I could come in at any time. I arrived 15 minutes later and when I walked in, the pharmacist asked, "Are you Dan?" and after checking ID, etc walked from behind the counter and proceeded to go over every medicine in the bag, one by one making sure I understood the instructions. Total time inside was less than 10 minutes, and I've never received service like this at a pharmacy! Thankfully, I don't fall ill often, but the next time I do, I'll absolutely be back. What a wonderful way to do business!

Let me start by saying that Carlos, the store manager that I spoke to at the end, handled the situation beautifully. Prior to that I had walked to the back of the store to the restroom to wash my hands before beginning my shopping. What I saw upon opening the door was the most disgusting mess I had ever seen some human actually do to a bathroom. To say it was horrific is an understatement, and to whomever did this, "What is wrong with you?" I quickly exited and saw a pharmacy employee to my immediate right, telling him what was in there. He mumbled something and pointed forward. I figured I'd find someone else who would actually help. Another employee was walking out of the pharmacy into the hallway by the bathroom, and I explained to her the conditions. What did she do? She told me to go up front and tell someone. My reply was,"I thought you could tell someone or get help, since you work here." Her response to me was, "I work in the pharmacy," to which I replied, "Well I don't work here at all!" I went immediately to the front, asked for the manager, and Carlos was so kind and actually helpful. Shame on these pharmacy employees - who also use that bathroom. So good luck to them today, as they were just heading into their 30-minute lunch break when this all happened. (I could also easily identify these pharmacy employees, if asked, as I've seen them numerous times over the years. Unfortunately I did not get their names.)

I was never notified of the cancellation, so I called to understand what had happened. At CVS, you need to leave a message and the pharmacist will call you back. They called me back in a timely manner, which is appreciated, However, as the call connected, I overheard the pharmacist making disparaging comments about my voicemail to another employee, and they were both laughing about it. I was shocked and found it unprofessional and disrespectful. When I addressed what I had heard to the pharmacist, the conversation quickly became confrontational. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the pharmacist became defensive, stating that she was the one who was offended - justifying her rude and combative behavior. I couldn't understand why she was the one who was offended (is it because I called out the behavior?) When I asked for her name, she replied only, "Pharmacist." I clarified that I was requesting her actual name, at which point she hung up on me. I immediately contacted corporate to report the interaction. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when calling with questions about their medications. A simple apology or professional explanation would have gone a long way. As a result of this experience, I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the way this pharmacist spoke to me, I hope she doesn't treat people this way on a daily basis.

I have been a customer at this location for MANY years. This target is smaller in compare to other target locations, but it has all the same departments as other target locations. Shelves were full. I didn't notice a lot of empty shelves. They had a really great dairy department with a variety selection of dairy products. They had good deals/ sales going on when I visited. This store is like other Target locations has both self check out and cashiers. I was standing in line and nice young lady approached me and opened up a line to help the customers in line. So I left my house and by the time I arrived to the store, I got an email that it was cancelled. I still walked inside the store to get familiar with where things are if I was to come back here again. The photo department is on the left side of the store and the pharmacy is toward the back. The prices of things will vary depending on what you're looking for but most of the time, it is pricer here than other places from my experience. I found parking easily and they also have destinated parking spots for curbsides pickup.

Because of that, we end up missing out on rewards and deals. Savannah and Ruby are always friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. However, Andrew is a different experience.
