Everything about this restaurant is A-MA-ZING! From The appetizer to the main course, everything was fresh and delicious. Even though you place your order at the counter, they have servers who circulate and make sure your drinks are full and you have everything you need. The food in the best I have ever had, the humus is next level, and the chicken shwarma is wonderful. Unfortunately, most of the staff acted like there was somewhere else they would rather be, with the exception of the bartender, she was more than helpful. I know this place is new, but I hope it never changes! It's not fast casual, it's crafted business casual. Bottom line our experience - food (shawarmbaa & roasted eggplant side; heavenly hummus plate-lamb & pita/pita chips side + rice), "launch" staff service experience (hyper attentive, quick), & decor/feel - all was superior! Shocked, actually. I avoid chain restaurants, but I would definitely come back. Food-some of the 'moistest' lamb I've had, pita chips were well seasoned and thin, cilantro lime rice was a must share table favorite (not sharing next time). The menu was extensive, requiring guidance the first time (I.e. 'what do you recommend?'). Oh my!! We've been eyeing this place since before they opened. We finally found a day that worked. You order at the counter like a fast-food burger joint and that's where any similarities end. They give you a number to put on your table and they bring you your food when it's ready. We went at 4:30om so there wasn't a lot of people. But the staff was awesome!! The guy who took our order was the one who explained the process. I ordered the pita bread while I waited for my dinner partner to arrive. I didn't get any dipping sauce and he must've noticed because he brought me a dipping cup of the roasted pepper sauce. The pita bread was warm and soft. Like nothing I've had before. The sauce is phenomenal. You can literally use that on anything you eat. It's the ketchup of Mediterranean food dipping sauces. I also had the garlicky potatoes. I drizzled a little olive oil over them but I think they'd be just fine without. Maybe better. But they came out piping hot with a little crunch. I had the Banging Beef. It was very filling. I ended up taking half of it home. My dinner partner had the banging beef as well with a side Mediterranean salad. She lioved both items. The staff was prompt at checking on us throughout and removing our plates when we were done. And everybody was pleasant and outgoing. I'll definitely be back, even as a delivery or to-go option. Food was AMAZING. Portions are hugeeee! I took this picture after I had already eaten enough to be stuffed!! Service was great, everyone was kind, they will not let your drink get empty. I've tried lots of mediterranean places around town and this tops them all (at a fraction of the price). I got the heavenly hummus plate with lamb and let me tell you that was the best food I have had in a while. The lamb was so tender and the mix of hummus and tzatziki was perfection. it came with a basket of pita bread sliced in half so I was able to make my bowl into pita "tacos" stuffed with the hummus, veggies and lamb.
