Whoever the manager of this Walgreens is, PLEASE FIX YOUR PHARMACY STAFF! If this was a onetime thing it wouldn't be a big deal, but this is every single time, for years! This is a HUGE problem because the sign to my home are written in English and if I can't verbally communicate to him in English, then what's the next alternative? I told him to stay there and I would go find him. I think he understood me. I had to drive my car out to find him in order to get my package. Now I'm hesitating on whether to order again from Walmart because online will not allow me to go to the store to pick it up and instead it will be locally delivered. Please do better Walmart. This review is for the Walgreens photo department on Briarcrest Drive in Bryan Texas. I had a…read morerather large order for them to complete regarding my wedding. They told me they ran out of paper and the manager here canceled my order. I had waited five days for the order to be completed before I had this information. I decided it would be best after that to use the online services for Walgreens for my photos. Unfortunately, after an additional seven days that order got lost. I had to re-order again. I have not yet received my wedding photos, but I am very disappointed with Walgreens and I will probably use a different photo processing center in the future. I want to be sure to note that they did apologize for their error, but I don't have confidence in them moving forward.
