I'm very mindful of the reviews I leave. I try to judge a business fairly based on the experience I actually received--without exaggerating or turning a single inconvenience into something bigger than it was. That's why I'm genuinely surprised by so many positive reviews here. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently different. When you depend on a pharmacy for ongoing medication, RELIABILITY AND COMMUNICATION ARE NOT EXTRAS--they are part of the responsibility that comes with caring for patients. I've repeatedly had to follow up on prescriptions, spend long periods on hold, deal with disconnected calls, and chase answers that should not be this difficult to get. I don't expect perfection. I EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO TRUST THE PHARMACY HANDLING MY MEDICATION. Unfortunately, that trust is no longer there. I'll be asking my doctor to send my prescriptions elsewhere. I hope this is taken seriously--not simply as a negative review, but as feedback worth reflecting on. read more

I never thought I'd ever leave a review for a pharmacy - a PHARMACY! - but here I am. Mr. Neima is the Medicine Man and he is so great. So friendly and really takes the time to explain your medication to you. It's not the CVS experience where you pick up your meds and off you go without knowing what to do (that's what WebMD was for). Medicine Man is fast and gets approvals for my medications quickly and even offers free shipping if I can't make it during business hours. I never thought I'd review a pharmacy of all businesses but this place is just that good. Super easy to find.. right at the intersection of Artesia and Marquardts. After having lots of issues with bigger chain pharmacies over the past year or so, I was recommended Medicine Man Pharmacy and I was blown away by the fast, personal, friendly service I received there today. Finding this pharmacy was a huge relief to me after many months of not being able to get my medication on time. They filled it in a day with no issues and were very communicative with me. Dr. Neima was very sympathetic towards my issues and reassured me that they would not be happening there, which was proven to be true with my first experience there.
