This company is very unreliable. I've had issues with my rep Benjamin who services the Burbank area. He refuses to speak to me by phone. Says he lost his voice or he's in a patchy area. So I've tried email and that doesn't work either. He does not communicate that my delivery day has been changed. He also is leaving me without the supplies I need for my paying clients. I'm not even being delivered my supplies properly. He said they only provide 60% of what you pay for. This is not right because I use 100% of what I pay for every 2 weeks and they bring me back less than 50%. My previous rep Tito in Irvine and Mauricio in Van Nuys were great and would provide my full amount since I only get a delivery every 2 weeks. Why can't Benjamin provide the same service? I've been with this company for 2.5 years now and this is very unprofessional. read more
