After calling a few pros, we decided to go with Pal Pro pest control because of their honesty and professionalism during inspection. As an engineer, I am very keen to know technical details and the inspector was able to respond to my questions with confidence and a deep understanding of the problems. The treatment that we got at the time involved injection of termite stuff (likely termidor) around perimeter of home into the soil. This involved some drilling and injecting in areas near the perimeter of the foundation. About 1 year after treatment we saw some new subterranean termite activity. We called pal pest pro and they came out under warranty and reassessed the situation. We did some spot treatment but had some discussions about how we thought the problem may be deeper than anticipated. We decided to remove some of our LVP to investigate and we discovered some massive termite activity in our original hardwood flooring that was below the vinyl planks. We decided to remove all of our hardwood flooring and get the areas treated. It was a painful process but our termite team really helped make the treatment part easier. It's been a few months and we haven't seen any new activity. Only time will tell but I feel like we got to the root of the problem! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They care about solving the problems and will honor their warranty in the event of any future issues. The treatment of subterranean termites is part technical approach, part dark arts and I feel like these guys got it all!

We recently had an unusual problem. We were moving but could not capture the cat to put her in her carrier. We knew a pest control wouldn't help but was getting desperate looking for ideas. A friend told us how wonderful Medina Pest is so gave them a call to see if they could help. The person answering the phone said sorry they couldn't help. Within a few minutes the owner called back to say they love cats, have 6 of their own & wanted to help. The mom, dad & son all came out to help. We knew the cat was hiding under the sofa so the dad tipped the sofa to get Chelsea to run out. She did run out & they caught her & put her in her carrier. They refused to accept a penny for their effort, just asked we remember them when we do need pest control. Well, that's not the end of the story. After they left we opened the carrier to add food. A while later that evening much to our surprise Chelsea came walking through the living room. Oh my, we didn't shut the carrier well after adding the food so she was lose again. We called Medina again, & told them of our dilemma. They were behind in their work due to all the rain we've had. They asked we to get her into the room where her litter box is & shut the door so she couldn't escape that room & call them when she's trapped in that room. When she went into the room we quickly shut the door. The Medina's came out again they went into the room & burst out laughing. There was Chelsea sitting inside the carrier. They quickly shut the carrier door & we finally had her ready to move. Once again they wouldn't take anything for their help. What a wonderful family. Anyone who cares that much to help a stranger is going to do any job to the best of their ability. None of their clients will ever be just a number. I would never hesitate to call Medina Pest control & will tell as many people as possible about them!!! read more

I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Medina Pest Control. We had a heavy problem with ants, spiders and even roaches. It sounds gross but our neighbors tented their house and then we notice that we had a little problem. I did my research on the Medina company before I hired them and all the reviews were positive which made our family comfortable to hiring them. Our problem with the insects went away within the 1st day of treatment and then even more results by the 2nd day. If I ever have a problem again, they will be the only pest control on my list. We still have issue with the earwigs which are known to be hard to get rid off. They also finally take credit card which makes paying the invoice so much easier!
