Like many of the facilities at Vidanta - which attempts to cater to all price points, they fall far short in the luxury category. You can't make all the people happy all the time, even though they try. The massage technicians were ok. The facility itself was poorly designed and in need of repair. As in there are loose - sharp - tiles in the steam room. In a room where there is always limited visibility, do you really want sharp little 1" tiles loose right where someone will sit bare assed? Overall, this is probably an amazing spa for someone who has never been to an amazing spa. If you've been to a decent spa you'd probably think this was OK. If you been to a really nice spa (in PVR, the Hotel Mousai spa is probably the best) you'd sit in the hot tub and write this review to warn others. She did an exfoliating scrub massage on my feet and legs that almost put me to sleep and whatever product that was used smelled amazing. She really took her time and my nails came out great.
