I called service dept Saturday to see if they'd recommend someone to work on a 2004 Harley. The…read moregentleman stated that's not out of their whelm, but we'd need to leave it for about 4 days at the dealership to get looked at. Husband drove his Harley there Sunday, with I followed in his truck, only to be told they have too many bikes and we should bring it on Friday. Service advisor said he didn't say that (which was a lie), and we could leave it IF we really had to, and he pointed at the 3 bikes by the service desk & stated they are overflow. Damage & first impression was already done. Bloody knuckles told my husband to drop his bike off anytime, and they're 2 weeks out. Guess which business was more inviting and accommodating? Superstition Harley, you can do better! I'd imagine you had 3 over flows, but they'd be moved next business day as bikes get fixed. It seems as if you don't really want the business.
