Within just a few days, I contacted the dealership asking to upgrade to the model I actually wanted--even though it would cost me **more money**--and I was simply told, "The deal is done." What is most frustrating is the lack of customer service. The General Manager has refused to return my calls, and no one seems interested in finding a solution or even having a conversation. For a luxury brand like Acura, I expected much better communication and customer care. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a dealership handles those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, this dealership has shown no willingness to work with a customer who is trying to spend more money to get into the vehicle they originally wanted. I would strongly encourage future customers to carefully review every detail of their deal and make sure they are getting exactly the model they expect before signing any paperwork.

Some never called us back, and others wanted us to come in to the location to give us a quote. Hello, this is 2022 -- nobody has time for that! My husband was finally able to connect with Colonial Ford and work out a deal for an Expedition Max--all via phone! Painless experience, even in these crazy times. The best part of the experience at Colonial was the salesperson, Fermin Archer. He was friendly, knowledgeable and interested in meeting our needs from the outset. From initial conversation to driving away with the car was quick and easy. He also did a great job walking my husband through the features of the car. He then followed up a couple days later to make sure he was satisfied. Everyone else he dealt with at the dealership was very friendly and professional as well. Great dealership overall.

Months later, I received a letter from the bank stating that I owed over $3,500, which had already begun damaging my credit. This came as a complete shock, as I relied on the information provided by the dealership at the time of lease return. After receiving the notice, I contacted the dealership numerous times. I was repeatedly told that they were working with the bank and that part of the balance would be taken care of. Unfortunately, after those assurances, communication stopped entirely. No one followed up with me, and no resolution was provided. I emailed the manager, Haris Deljanin, on April 6th of this year and never received a response. Daniel Salamanca, the sales manager, was in contact with me briefly but failed to follow through or return my calls as promised. As a result of misinformation and lack of accountability, my credit has been significantly impacted. This situation could have been avoided with accurate communication and proper follow-up. Instead, I was left to deal with the financial and credit consequences on my own. I expected professionalism and transparency from a dealership representing the Honda brand. They offered a small discount to "fix" the issue, but a qualified body shop later estimated the real repair cost at $1,450. The problem wasn't just the damage -- it was the dishonesty. This dealership should have disclosed the condition of the vehicle before we made such a long trip. The experience only got worse in the finance office. The process was chaotic, and they charged us $647 just to transfer a tag, which is far beyond normal. At that point, after driving so far, we had little choice but to complete the purchase. Overall, the dealership misled us, took advantage of our situation, and failed to act with honesty or professionalism. I will never recommend this dealer or purchase from them again.
