Despite having a booking set up months in advance to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary after being married on this Catamaran in 1993 we arrived at the dock hours before sailing and were told they had a Private Party they were taking out (we were basically ditched). NO APOLOGIES either. We'd called on several occasions to reconfirm our booking over previous months with ZERO REPLIES. Received auto emails to confirm our booking even after being nixed at the dock. Received a credit, which was nothing considering the hotel costs we'd incurred especially for this trip And a trip for the future which is basically worthless as apparently you can get ditched on a whim and it seems that others recently have had the same "ditched" experience. Terrible business practices an understatement. Would we recommend? NOT A CHANCE! read more

This tour was great! On Thursday there is live music. $25 drink wristband-4 tap beers, Chardonnay, Pinot gris, shooters (fireball, vodka, rum, etc), Bloody Mary's, and some canned beverages as well! We had a great afternoon on the catamaran! Fun live musician, a little bar with a nice selection of drinks, and lots of space to move around the boat and enjoy. BEWARE! five days ago, we booked the Kai Lani catamaran cruise for today. We walked 2 miles to get there. we got a confirmation email yesterday reminding us of our trip and to get there a half an hour early. We read some of the reviews that they cancel for no reason so I called and left a message. to please get back to me and let me know if they were still on and that they could email text or call me. No call no email no text back. We get there and they said oh we are closed for repairs today and couldn't find my reservation but they had already charged my charge card. I finally was refunded and now too late to book any other excursions because we are going back home tomorrow. We were VERY frustrated with this company. all it would have taken was an email or text the day before to let us know. read more

This was by far the loveliest sunset we had ever experienced. My husband and I decided to book the evening sunset 2 hour cruise. So glad we did! The captain and crew were interactive with boat guests, and even offered to take the most amazing pictures of us capturing the sunset. We enjoyed refreshing crisp beers on tap. They also offered wine and sangria. They played entertaining music ranging from bob Marley to Maroon 5. A bigger sail boat is in the works so keep an eye out for that coming soon! This was one of my wife's highlights from our Clearwater trip. The boat is very clean and comfortable. We did the sunset tour which was an excellent time. Be prepared that there's is a likelihood of getting wet if you are up front and even in some of the seated areas once you get out into the gulf. Bring a towel and don't wear anything your wouldn't want getting wet or that may be see through ;). The music is nice and adds a nice ambience. They serve drinks from tap beer, canned vodka seltzer to wine and sangria. I don't know the prices but it's vacation at Clearwater so.... The captain was cool, the first mate was a solid dude and the bartender is a spunky hottie that the single guys and gals will enjoy. She does a great job at keeping everyone taken care of having a great time. This is a great photo op and is a nice opportunity to chill and take in some of Clearwater's beauty. The boat does have a restroom but is a marine toilet so just prepare yourself, you'll have to go down and back up a latter to use it and for those unfamiliar with sailing it may be a bit daunting and "different". Overall we loved it and my wife wanted to immediately book the next night. Enjoy!!! Thanks to the captain and crew! read more

Being on a catamaran versus one of the tourist boats allows you a lot more opportunity to feel like you're really on the ocean sailing. The staff was fantastic and Captain Mike was great. I booked my sunset cruise in advance. The weather seemed a little weary but we only had some rain drop and the sunset was gorgeous! The parking pass is $6 and I was a little unsure how the parking would be but there were plenty of spots open right in front of the dock. There is a building nearby in case you need to grab some snacks, drinks or use the restroom. We had about 15 on our trip. There was plenty of room to walk around. We started off sitting in the back by the captain. Then we moved to the front by the nets. Beer, wine and sangria are available for purchase on the ride. Captain Mike and Brad were great guys! They both chatted with everyone and answered any questions anyone had. I definitely recommend this if you are in the area. It's cheap and you can't beat the view!! read more

Manager Brad struggled to communicate throughout entire process. We called and emailed to confirm details(food/drink/music) leading up to event, left multiple messages with no return calls. Manager Brad or Desiree would eventually answer a call and confirm. We reminded them to send the charter agreement, received multiple copies filled with multiple errors. Reservation visible on website confirming "Morning 2 Hour Private Sailing Adventure." We reconfirmed our sail for a wedding party of 20 people with Desiree 24hr before event.
