Owner is super nice, very helpful. He offers to look for and get anything you need. There's limits, but anything recent or your having trouble finding, he's your guy and this is the place. I always say help small businesses, especially help hobby shops, though it's really helpful to that when they help you. ;)

While I've been to other Pop stores with bigger inventory, this place has the best selection I've seen... seriously! The owner, Jim, gets the best Common Pops and even rarer Chases and other limited editions. He also even gets the newest Pops and re-stocks immediately! Not only is he friendly and kind, he is knowledgeable and his prices are definitely fair. He also sells other toys and collectibles and even sells Pop protectors to protect your investment. I also like the fact that he has a BOOB section (it's not what you think, LOL) which contains Pops that have some kind of defect on the box which lowers the price. At least he's being fair and lowers the price! Pretty cool!!! I seriously feel like a kid in a candy store here as I a serious Pop collector/enthusiast. It's always fun coming here and I always end up picking up at least one Pop! Also, be wary of their hours as I believe they open after 5 PM on weekdays and open in the mornings on the weekends. She helped me grab a petticoat from the wall and showed me to their little dressing room even though it was close to closing! Most places would be annoyed but she was extremely patient and sweet with me. While I was shopping around there were some loud people messing around and it sounded like they dropped something. If you go into an antique store, please be respectful and mindful that you're surrounded by old and valuable items, most importantly, items that don't belong to you. This may be where some people are getting a "rude attitude" because I'm Mexican, and didn't sense any of the racism or rudeness that people talk about in these reviews. I also try to be very respectful when entering a store of any kind. Expect the same treatment and attitude that you give out.

As my boyfriend and I were browsing through their selection we decided to stop to take a picture at a mirror near one of their sections. I don't know if the employee knew how loud she was but we clearly heard her comment, "Every time people pass by that mirror they stop to take a picture. It's stupid. It's dumb." It dampened our moods completely. We didn't get to even finish looking at the front of the store. We put the item we had in our hand back in their place and left. Really saddened about the experience and the fact that we couldn't enjoy the rest of the store as we could see they had lots of variety and the prices seemed reasonable from what we did see. Here are some of the pictures we managed to take before leaving. Update: upon further review a lot of recent reviews seem to be about the same women with the same common factor. She only provides terrible atmosphere and service to people of color. Which is very disappointing to see that so many customers come excited to come and explore to only leave feeling worse due to something we can't change. Especially in this climate and day of age, it's saddening to see such hate being spread.
