Yesterday I gave a bad rating on service. And the treatment of my son that was visiting. He just called me and said that he was contacted back from the restaurant. They said that this all bothered them. So they checked deeper. And all that we were saying and the uber delivery said was in fact true and her employees was in the wrong and admitted. She offered a sincere apology and offered a meal. Also the crew members will be apologizing. It takes a lot to follow through with all of this and offer apologies. I went through the drive-through and ordered three items. She repeated my order and told me to pull up unless she would have. I pulled up to to the window and she gave me my total and I paid. What's my food was ready she handed it to me through the window, but I noticed it was the third item missing when I finally got her attention. I told her it was missing and she says well. I don't know if you weren't charged for it, but yet they would not give me a receipt for my purchase I just paid for and said oh you didn't pay for that so she charge me again. I'm so tired of this place and their poor Customer Service. I always go through the drive-through and nothing but a bad experience. The other day I went to get a cheeseburger or combo I had to repeat my order twice and even then the girl was still asking me questions. So when I went up to the window, I told the girl I had to repeat my order she started making excuses about their speaker. If that's the case get it fixed cause it's so frustrating for the person trying to give the order. And the girls are never friendly at the window or courteous. Well, this was an unfortunate experience. Rarely do I give a one-star, but as soon as I got my meal, it should have been a sign that it was not going to go well. My burger arrived to me disheveled and definitely not what I expected (please see picture). I support small businesses and I love diners like Tom's...but Mayne not THIS Tom's. The service was nice. The inside diner looks updated and great. Very modern and still in progress. Everyone behind the counter is maskless, including the chef, and honestly, I expected hair in my food because there was someone with a lot of hair and no cap to cover it all behind the counter. He looked like he hated the world. But I found something worse: uncooked corner of my chicken. I know this because I bit into the slime. I spat it out and looked. Did I tell management? No. Should I? I should have. But after a long day of work I just did not have it in me. My boyfriend would like to blame the young and inexperienced cooks behind the counter. Sure, they might be short-staffed like many venues, but an uncooked piece of meat is unacceptable anywhere. This restaurant is my son and my favorite to visit when we come see family in the area once a month. I first had the Pastrami Burger, and just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Their drive thru is always fast despite customer orders, and the people working are so nice. Bonus, the fries are amazing and my son always gets a shake, theirs are so thick and creamy you might need to eat it with a spoon. Definitely worth a visit. read more

I would say it's just average. Tables spaced out to maintain social distance. Got the gyro combo and the meat was a little dry but the pita seemed fresh and the gyro sauce was good. Wife got the Greek chicken salad, I would say average taste and quality but large portion size. You gin got asada fries minus the pico. Not enough asada and again a little dry. read more

This place used to be pretty good when it was Gus Jr. Now this ripoff joint is clearly trying to capitalize off of the good name of Tom's Burger, which this place is NOT. The two times I've tried this place were both bad. The first time I went in, there was no line, I ordered, paid, waited while several other people came in after me got their food. Go to the counter, they tell me it's almost ready. I wait longer. Go to the counter again and oh! They forgot about my order. Wait some more. Don't remember the food quality but the service was poor. The second time I went through the drive through, they had trouble taking my card which took forever to figure out. And the food was terrible. Gus Jr. used to have good burgers for like a buck or two and bomb fried zucchini with that good ranch. Now the fried zucchini are those little crappy frozen zucchini fries and the ranch sucks. I was driving through town and decided to stop here since I was craving pastrami. I pulled into the drive through and the first thing I noticed was no prices on the menu so they can change and make up prices whenever they feel like it. I ordered just a pastrami sandwich and it was $11 which is average for a pastrami these days. There was 2 cars ahead of me and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. Once I got my order I pulled into a spot to eat, I opened up my pastrami and it was nasty and over half of the meat was chunks of slimy fat and once I picked out all the chunks of fat there was not much meat left. Not ten minutes later when I go to open it it's drenched in water from what I can only conclude came from the lettuce not being drained at all when it went on the burger. Fast forward a few weeks. Give another chance and they try to pawn off what looked like triple fried French fries on me. The outside were all dark golden brown but the insides had been vaporized and it was basically hollow potato sticks. It was god awful. Now this latest visit has done it for good.
